Does Biden really want to talk about Presidential judgment on North Korea?
Well Bill Clinton did give DPRK access and time to build nuclear weapons, which I would label poor judgement. And unlike under the Obama Administration, neither DPRK or ROK have exchanged heavy gun fire (I think small arm exchanges occurred recently while a North Korean soldier was defecting, but I think most of that was DPRK soldier firing out the defector).

I really don't like the guy. I remember there was a thing about him that everyone on tv would be required to say that "he's such a nice guy but" before commenting on some awful thing he'd done (like saying Republicans were gonna put black people back in chains, some hideosity of that nature). HE'S NOT A NICE GUY! Anymore than he's some paragon go-to reference for who to behave presidentially just because he was in the vicinity of our first spokesmodel president for eight years, on and off.

I meant because he's made for the dullards that vote Democrat.
But your take is also valid. He's the one kept in the Senate by all those banks incorporated in DE; over the years, he's made sure legislation that made your credit cards more expensive to use.
He's about as nice a guy as Bill Moyers.
