Via Instapundit: Four NFL players submitted a 10-page memo to the league’s top officials asking for “overt league support” and a month of anti-police activism.
The 10-page memo was obtained by Yahoo Sports and was endorsed by Seattle Seahawks’ Michael Bennett, Philadelphia Eagles’ Malcolm Jenkins, Eagles’ Torrey Smith and former NFL player Anquan Boldin. The memo was sent to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent.
Bennett has sat during the national anthem during games and raises a fist on the field after making plays in protest of the police.
The memo asks for the league to make the month of November as “activism awareness month” such as the league does with breast cancer.
The memo also blames police for the shooting of Trayvon Martin, who was shot and killed in 2012 by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, not the police.

I'm impressed that 4 NFL football players could write a 10-page memo.
Why - because the MSM lies?
Hands up don't shoot never happened. check Eric Holder's report. Black witnesses said it never happened. The only guy who said it did happen, was the convenience store robber accomplice.
So - a crook lied to police and investigators, to CNN and RAchel maddow - and that lie has never been corrected by the D-hack press.
The other big lie is the stats do not support the lie that police are killing blacks and some higher rate.
This is why Fake news D-hack works. If you want the lie to be true, the fake news/ hack-D press will make your lie true for you.
The fact Goodell even entertained such a proposal is another reason why he needs to go.
They. should designate the entire month as the coming out party for the new NFL.
The Negro Felons League.
Screw the working class fans who buy the tickets and go to the games.
Cater to the people who mug them in the parking lot.
What could go wrong?
So at dinner and like way too many places these days, a TV is on and visible. MSJWESPN is tuned with chiron: "Will one good game change the NFL narrative?"
WTF? No. And the reason is simple, so long as the NFL has a narrative it also has a problem that will cause fans to leave.
Sports is non-fiction, it shouldn't have a narrative. When sports has a narrative, it becomes predictable and as exciting as a Jennifer Lawrence movie.
It seems to me that on a per capital basis NFL players commit more unjustified acts of violence than the police. But that's probably because of the concussive injuries they suffered, so it's not really their fault......Any social problem you see in the black community is the natural and inevitable result of slavery, Jim Crow, and the Republican Party. People in the West Indies and Africa are never subject to police misconduct. Those lands are paradise for black people.
Woke players should share the losses to the NFL's income, as they do the profits. Have a petition that they can sign if they support the "awareness month" and that will put their pay on a sliding scale that reflects the cost of their stupidity. That way they can prove they are not just posers.
There should also be an awareness month for NFL player lawlessness and violence. Maybe one week for player spousal abuse, another for drug busts, and a special day for murder. We could call it "OJ Month". Every game during the month would feature videos commemorating the star criminal players of the past and present. Now, that's entertainment!

That would have to be one hell of a game. Maybe naked cheerleader could do it, but I can't imagine anything else that would.
Naked cheerleaders carrying AR-15's.
