Following Steve Bannon’s highly anticipated interview with Charlie Rose on 60 Minutes Sunday night, professional photographer Peter Duke published a video explainer on how CBS may have used color adjustments to make the Breitbart News boss “look bad” on television.

Problem is, Bannon, even in a good light, clearly likes to hoist a few and it shows in his face (whether this might have eased his way out of the White House, I have no idea).

So we're down to any given person's perception of his appearance.

that said, knowing Black Rock, it's hardly beyond the realm of possibility.

But it is par for the media course. Remember the Newsweek cover of Palin showing every facial blemish/hair? Gaming the system in every possible way. Basically, with Bannon, who cares. But it's the media way every time with every conservative/right wing political person. On the plus side, the public sees these people in a realistic light whereas lefty pols are photoshopped and scripted more than the Kardashians. Then when one of them wanders into bad lighting or off script (Pelosi, for instance), then it's super obvious how helpless they are.

The liberal "communication" cabal always shows Trump scowling but it can't fool me! ha ha ha ha ha

It must be hell to work in the liberal bubble, but that's me saying it. For a liberal it must supply the comfort of home.

Other people are hell is of course common parlance, which that freak Sartre turned around to Hell is other people. Now that's true perversity, to take a perfectly good and true piece of community property and turn it on its head for the sake of "originality."

Agree with Ed re Bannon's possible alcohol intake. Even without that, he may just be in bad shape and not getting enough sleep.

I've liked Bannon ever since I read an article about him in...can't remember. But in Wiki it says:

"His working class, Irish Catholic family was pro-Kennedy, pro-union Democrat.[29][30] Bannon attended Benedictine College Preparatory, a private, Catholic, military high school in Richmond, Virginia graduating in 1971.[31]

After graduation from high school, Bannon attended Virginia Tech and served as the president of the student government association.[32] During the summers, when Bannon was attending Virginia Tech, he took a job working at a local junk yard, often coming home so dirty his mother made him rinse off with a hose before being allowed into the house.[33]
Bannon graduated from Virginia Tech in 1976 with a bachelor's degree in urban planning. He later[when?] earned a master's degree in national security studies from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. In 1985,[36] Bannon earned a Master of Business Administration degree with honors[37] from Harvard Business School.[38]" (my bolding)

The entry also speaks of his history as a Naval officer. At Harvard Business School he was influential and popular.

I suspect he's been influential in Trump's foreign policy.
