What is the smallest amount of power you've ever seen someone abuse?

I was at a completely empty airport, and only needed to identify myself before I could pick up my luggage. There was no queue, so 'I skipped the line'. That asshole at the desk made me walk back and compelled me to zigzag all around the fences, where nobody was standing. Afterwards, he and a colleague just laughed at me, because he knew that he could use his power like that.

A teacher in high school tried to send me to the office for having an electronic device out in the hallway. The device was medical equipment and after I explained that to him he told me he didn't care because I'd still broken a school rule. Needless to say I didn't get in trouble.

We had a pizza party for people who completed a project at work.
I was training a new guy and brought leftovers so I wasn't interested in pizza. The new guy was about to take lunch and I told him if he wanted a couple slices of pizza he could have mine. Lol the guy who ran the pizza party said no way even after explaining to him I wasn't eating, and he hid the leftover pizza in his office. "Only people who worked on this project are allowed to eat the pizza".

The restaurant I used to work at required male employees to shave before a shift. It was always understood that if you were working a double you weren't shaving before the second shift. A low level manager wanted Eric to go home and shave before his night shift. Eric got stuck with a table that wouldn't leave and he didn't have enough time. The manager made him shave with a random disposable razor that they had in the back office. They didn't even have shaving cream.

You don't need shaving cream or water to shave, if the razor is new and hence sharp.

Or maybe I always have enough recent dust and sweat on my face so it works as lubrication.

I work in the law biz. There is no limit on the minimum amount of power that people involved in lawsuits and people at the court will abuse. It's gross.

Sometimes one of my dogs will just sit there and make me walk over and feed her a treat rather than come to me to get it. It works every time, because lets face it, I want her have it as bad as she wants to eat it. Same dynamic with my girlfriend. I know they want it, why can't they come to me for it. They both act like they can live without it, but if you hold out, then they make you feel bad, and nobody is happy.

I was once thrown off a blog for comments about a troll who was attacking everyone.

But most of youse guys know that because it happened to you too.

Troop, dropped in the other day, and I think that event is prime to occur again. Funny, I actually understand the rational better now, but I think there is still a major lack of understanding at how everyone else feels about it. One person explained it very well, but I think they were pissing in the wind.

LOL @ Nick - I had forgotten about that douche. Good times, good times...

I have been kicked out of blogs for a variety of reasons, including telling the truth. The truth is rarely welcome.

A woodworking blog has my computer on the banned list, so until I get a new computer I won't be able to mock them and their weak-assed woodworking skills. But I am patient.

But back to the important stuff - Raylan standing under a pepper tree while talking to some rando faux Kentuckian. That never fails to make me laugh. Woods full of bay trees. Live oaks in the distance. Yeah, who would notice, much less care about such things?

Me. There is a Hollow up near Jellicoe creek that is named after my family, and I take such transgressions personally.

Leland one of my correspondents tell me that there is a troll over there who dominates every thread and is given free reign and most of the comments are in response to that. I bet it just the same old same old.

I am so glad that I am out of that.

I want to thank Lem for all of his hard work provided a refuge to us. Thanks buddy.

Hey can I complain to you because my UPS package is missing? Asking for a friend.

On the other hand Lem is very straight laced.

If he were cool I would have posted some Japanese Anime that explains the whole situation.
