"Liberal voters warn Democratic officials: resist Trump or be replaced"

Via Reddit: “Our message to Democrats is simple: fight Trump or we’ll find someone who will,” said Waleed Shahid, a co-founder of the progressive group All of Us and a former organizer with the Bernie Sanders campaign. This week, the group launched the political action committee We Will Replace You, the latest in a series of projects to warn Democrats that failures to oppose Trump’s agenda will have consequences.

The group argues that Democrats need exercise the little political power they still have. The activists have a long list of demands: votes against “all Trump appointees”, opposing his supreme court nominee, using congressional procedures to “bring all business to a crawl to block Trump’s agenda and demand Steve Bannon be fired”. Elected officials, they say, should “publicly support impeachment if Trump is found to have broken the law or violated the constitution”.

Talk about Iraq and a hard place.

Harris is showing 73% of Americans want Demos to work with Trump.

Anybody wanna bet which side they come down on?

Islamocratic cannibalism is progressing nicely I see.

I think this is a great idea. More extreme liberals are the answer that America has been looking for these days. Lets put Keith Ellison in charge of the DNC.

What could go wrong?

For us or them?

For them ed. It is all gravy for us.

Please, make it so.

Well maybe...

It might cause members of the GOP to steer further left to gain some of the voters that will surely drop off. But then, if Arizona doesn't primary McCain, we just need to give it its secession papers.

Do you know what the party that is out of power is supposed to be? The loyal opposition. A joke, right? The Democrats make no bones about being the wannabe lynch mob. Luckily we have Trump. He's in power. But make no mistake, the party supposedly in power, the GOP, wants nothing to do with its ostensible leader and to fight with him against the lynch mob?....puhleeze.

We're alive, first because of the Tea Party, which did fight back against the wolfpack Dems and was hated and reviled by the GOP and second because of Trump, and I don't have to tell you what the GOP attitude toward him was or is. The GOP literally has nothing to do with the survival of the United States as a republic and furthermore has no interest in the question.

Considering that the torch of liberty is theirs, their duty to carry, the GOP is a scandal.

Yes, we have Drudge, Breitbart, Info Wars and others carrying the torch but there is a gaping hole where the main carrier, the indispensable carrier of the torch should be. And this gives filth like Obama & Co. a huge opening to destroy the republic. Not tomorrow but eventually. Because, to repeat myself, the GOP HAS NO INTEREST in republican liberty.

Too many Whigs are in it for whatever they can get.

They call themselves Conservative and Republican, but they didn't have much use for Reagan, either.

And way too many, like Junior McCain, are too busy trying to prove to the media that they are still ready to reach across the aisle to their friends in the Democrat Party.

It also helps that a great many are also bought and paid for by people like Dr Evil and Tom Donahue.

How'd that work in November? One more bad election cycle and the Democrats will essentially no longer have a party.

I think there is a baseline for Democrats and the extreme left wing types. A baseline that you will never go below. Certain congressional districts are by their nature Democratic. Hell certain states like California and New York.

If I were to estimate I would say that 30% of the electorate is hard core leftist. About 30% is hard core conservative. About 40% is in the middle.

The beauty of Trump was that he managed to get a lot of the people in the middle. The ones who are not hard core ideological. Who don't read and post on the Internet all day long like us. They just listened to his message and thought he was making sense. Despite what the main stream lapdog media and the Duopoly spewed forth. If he continues to make sense his party will benefit. If he keeps bringing back jobs like he did with the coal miners and the chemical plant people will notice. If the economy turns around because of lower energy prices because of the pipelines and the new drilling rules people will notice. Gas will be cheap. Their utilities bills will be less.

The other thing Trump is going to do is shave off some of the margins on traditional Democratic blocs. Specifically the blacks. He is going to have programs that he will link to the black church. He will give them the bakeesh to spread around and they will be loyal to him. Look he is never going to get 50% or more of the black vote. But he can get 30% to maybe a high of 40%. If he does that the Democrats will be sorely tested to win anything with just slackers, millennial, college professors, Muslim terrorists and lesbian in pussy hats covered in cat hair.

The cycle favored the Republicans this time around. Normally after a President wins two terms the opposition party wins the next one. The game changer is that Trump is not a conservative Republican. He has some positions that are considered conservative. But he is not an ideologue. He is not going to cut Social Security. He is not going to gut Medicare. He is going to increase defense spending. The difference is he is going to bitch slap the defense contractors so we get full value for our money. He is going take our free loading allies and hold them upside down until the euro's fall out of their knickers to pay their fair share of defense costs. Did you know that Germany is only paying for 50% of their alloted contribution to NATO. We need to demand that they pay up now. Today. Or we take out every GI and every dollar and put it where it will do the most good.

23 Democrats, 2 "independents" who caucus with the Senate Democrats (think Bernie), and 8 Republicans will be up for the Senate in '18. The math is in the Rs' favor and may wipe out the Demos for a generation, maybe 2.

Partly true. Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act contained a "coverage formula" was originally designed to encompass "jurisdictions that engaged in egregious voting discrimination in 1965". This allowed courts to gerrymander all-black districts.*

States ebb and flow. If Trump gets his way, CA may well go back to Conservative simply because people like oopsy are not outvoted by the illegals and their kin. Trump could easily be as influential in redrawing the political map as Franklin Roosevelt if his Administration is a success.

I think the ratio is something like 20% hard-core Right, 40% center-right, 20% hard-core Left, and 20% center-left. This is where vote fraud comes in.

YMMV

*The coverage formula was challenged and, although Section 5 still lives, the coverage formula was shot down.

They don't have one now. The Islamocratic party is now nothing more than a loose collection of regional special interest groups; LGBTQ, BLM, 3rd wave feminists, La Raza, Congressional Black Caucus, Congressional Latino Caucus, NEA, CAIR, etc. etc.

They are no longer the party of the average working people. Even the unions are telling them to go fuck themselves. The party of slavery is enjoying another new wave of subjugation. It never ends with them.
