Bill Kristol......needs to be dealt with.

Obviously strongly prefer normal democratic and constitutional politics. But if it comes to it, prefer the deep state to the Trump state.

Noted Never Trumper Bill Kristol is part of the campaign by the Deep State to destroy President Donald Trump. It has been reported that a cabal of Obama appointees including Yates, Brennen and Clapper have conspired to leak secret wiretaps to bring down General Flynn who wants to expose the full details of the Iranian treaty.

Congress is threatening to investigate General Flynn and the leaks. They have to know that people like Kristol and the plane crasher and the pillow biter are in the pocket of the deep state. They are more concerned with nation building and starting a conflict with Russia than defending our country from the Muslim hordes.

They are a cancer on the Republic. They need to be dealt with. Expeditiously. Severely. Without remorse. The entire hierarchy of the intelligence services need to be fired.

If not they will conspire to undermine the security of the United States for their own neocon ends.

I hope President Trump wakes up and does what needs to be done.

You'd hope that statements like this, along with Kristol's "hey, lets replace the white working class with a bunch of foreigners, 'cause I want good maid service" would tar him forever with conservatives.

But I doubt it. Conservatives seem to be weirdly forgetful and forgiving toward ideological traitors. Why? I don't know.

I hope Trump cleans house. Find the deep state moles and execute them. Figuratively.

I was wondering if Trump took the Japanese PM and had an "open air" meeting to get away from deep state surveillance.

Just thinking out loud.

Kristol needs to be eliminated.

I thought he fit in with ABC's election coverage, and I enjoyed the schadenboner of watching him face the reality of President Trump.

I have a feeling Trump is aware of the problem and is working on it.

Keep in mind, nobody thought he'd fire Ms Yates and, when he did, they started comparing him to Nixon.

Whewww-ey! Inevitably this enemies' list will someday have to be expanded to the 40% and growing proportion of the electorate who disapprove of Vlad's good friend, you know.

Why not just pull over. Hop on in the back. Let the party that says it hates government, you know, step aside and leave the government. Have some fun on the golf course, or elsewhere in the private sector (other than lobbying) for a change. There are plenty of theological battles to be fought - outside of the government! Where it's done more effectively!

There's a fundamental disconnect. The party of no government realized that to stay in power it has to hook up with a very unrestrained and very psychologically activist guy. It's not "no government" to be be this consumed with using the bully pulpit to harass, intimidate, defame, etc., etc., etc., you know. Or building walls... or that infrastructure they were never serious about. Whether it's measured in resources - financially, what have you - this is a lot of government going on. Just think of the stress and the toll it takes on King Twitter Thumbs. He must be exhausted! It's not for no reason that those white circles under his eyes are growing. And did you see how enviously he eyeballed the hot young Canadian Prime minister yesterday at his visit. Hubba hubba. Maybe follow the nice-looking kid's example. Too late to get liberal and effective and involved in the right things, but maybe delegate more. Not to old farts like Stevie Bannon but someone young. Not Stephen Miller, either. (Not that he doesn't look prematurely aged by at least 15 years anyway). Just someone young and if not decent and positive and idealistic then maybe just naive enough to commit as egregious a set of errors as Trump - but without the old crotchetiness to protest being called out for them. Someone who will go or learn or redirect gracefully from the outcry that ensues as he tramples roughshod over our treasured and venerable civic institutions.

edutcher said...

Witless is going by CNN's polls.

Just as he did this time last year.

He's also still trying to make his case against Stephen Miller. In a battle of wits, my guess is Miller has all the ammo.

And did you see how enviously he eyeballed the hot young Canadian Prime minister yesterday at his visit. Hubba hubba.

Witless clearly speaks for himself. Trump's track record is girls.

That's gonna leave a mark, ed. CC's profile does say he's into "bareback." I don't think he means equestrian either.

So you're unaware it's possible to have sex with women without using a condom? And don't you have kids? What do you have sperm loaded with plutonium or something?

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

In a battle of wits, my guess...

Right. You have no wits. So you GUESS.

Just like you GUESSED that staying a lower court's ruling on the constitutionality of a law was unconstitutional to do. Because the appeals process was not written into the constitution.

Ed probably believes that all manner of unconstitutional activity may take place until Scalia's corpse is resurrected and allowed to rule on it.

Ed, you're a dummy aren't you? Seriously, normal human beings can't be this dumb.

And you're not a nice dummy, either. But one with a mouth and an attitude.

Just a triple strike out. Are you also unattractive and bad in bed?

I can see why no gate is needed to keep your community of one safe. No one wants to enter it.

I'd be nice to you instead. But you can't even stand people being nice to you.

So I guess we can add unappreciative to that list of shortcomings of yours.

edutcher said...

Tell us, O witless one, which unconstitutional activity is being performed?

Or are we to be subjected to the same bluster as last night with no specific instances?

I would imagine so.

And I live in a place where no gate is necessary because the people are nice.

Witless is afraid of the illegals and Moslems who must trudge from their banlieus and barrios to serve the gated community.

Hypocrisy on the half shell.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Trump's track record is girls.

Well, if by "girls" you mean young, barely of-age girls, then technically yes - due to that whole Miss America thing.

But as a narcissist, his track record is that he looks into the mirror and gives himself an erection.

And given as that he's a guy, that makes him gay.

All narcissists are a little bit homo.

Haven't you ever met one, ed? And you live amongst all that ambition?

One wonders where you picked up all this stupendous knowledge you never stop exhibiting.

Ed the constitutional scholar. Declaring lower and appellate court rulings on the constitutionality/legality of an order to be unconstitutional.

You go, ed. Go go go.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

...which unconstitutional activity is being performed?

Well, none at the moment -seeing as how the stay was upheld.

Or are we to be subjected to the same bluster as last night with no specific instances?

ed it's so nice to think yourself as my subject. But really, I wouldn't want to be your king. You're too easily misled.

I hereby banish you to the next kingdom.

I would imagine so.

What does so look like when you imagine it?

And I live in a place where no gate is necessary because the people are nice.

Well, I guess that explains how you've managed to hang on all this time. But someone really should get that "niceness" memo to you. You're really about the least well-mannered bloke I've ever run into. Always sticking your nose into things, talking over others, ignoring them. Just so you can say something ignorant to read your own words. Like an internet version of Cliff Clavin.

Witless is afraid of the illegals and Moslems who must trudge from their banlieus and barrios to serve the gated community.

Oh ok. If you say so. Sounds like you're the one who's motivated primarily by fear.

Hypocrisy on the half shell.

Look at internet ed Cliff Clavin trying to sound witty, everybody! Ha hahaha.

edutcher said...

Witless speaks of homosexuality as if he has intimate knowledge.

He doesn't give any examples of the "unconstitutional activity" he claims.

And would he care to name any of these "barely of-age girls"?

Although one is either of age or not, so his innuendo that Trump preys on children, in the manner of the Huckster From Hope, falls apart.

As always.

edutcher said...

Nothing unconstitutional was being performed before the stay, O witless one, unless one thinks asking people to enforce duly enacted law is unconstitutional (so much for Witless' grasp of the Constitution).

And, given the request of the 9th Circus for a full review of the matter which seems to indicate a lack of confidence in Robart's decision, the witless one is up for a fall on 2 counts

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Intimate knowledge? Nah. I leave that kind of stuff to you.

I just have knowledge. No need for you to get all intimate with it, Cliff Clavin.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

....duly enacted law is unconstitutional.

That's true. The "duly enacted law" WAS "unconstitutional" - per the court's opinion.

Don't you know how judicial review works, shit-for brains?

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding. . . . [A]ll executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.

Better get crackin', Cliff.

edutcher said...

The part Witless quotes only states all parties are bound by the Constitution and I know enough to know that the Constitution does not give judges authority to declare laws unconstitutional nor the power to legislate from the bench.

The "duly enacted law" WAS "unconstitutional" - per the court's opinion.

It was? Then why did the court request a review?

As a matter of fact, Robart's guiding premise is what's being held as unconstitutional, as noted by commentators from Dershowitz to Napolitano.

Robart also refused to specify what exactly he found wrong with the order while allowing Trump's limit of 50,000 refugees to stand and only imposed a temporary restraining order, which has a maximum length of 10 days.

Seems my brains are just fine and Witless' are composed of compost, which is to be expected since he always falls back on insults when he's been backed up against the wall of his errors.

Say good night, Gracie.

Of course there's an heterosexual analogy. But "bareback" is a gay term to my ear. We should ask Titus.

I knew that about Dershowitz but hadn't heard that from Napolitano. Thatnks. Many of the so-called Con Law bloggers haven't offered a strong opinion -- only tepid ones. What does the vaunted Turley think?

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Titus does not have sex with women. How would he know? And what does your ear have to do with anything? It's not an analogy. It's that there's no reason why it can't mean what it means regardless of whom it's done on/with.

But the real issue here is that mailman Cliff Clavin yacking like a fool above. Seems he needs some love. How do you think his Valentine's Day went?

I think Cliff "edutcher" Clavin doesn't have sex all that much. When do you think the last time was that he had a blow job?

He stalks me, though, and imagines me as some woman named "Gracie." Sounds pretty gay to me. Just because he wears stockings doesn't mean it's right.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Check out ed's leader.

I guess that's the kind of competence it takes to lead a mailman like ed.

Pretty cool, revealing the guy who has the nuclear codes like that!

Make America greatly incompetent again. As great as Cliffy "edutcher" Clavin can make it.

Seriously. This administration is so bad that even ed could work in it. He sure lies and deceives himself as often as the best of them.

I haven't seen anything from Turley, but Team Jacobson (Cornell Law, after all) has mounted a spirited defense of Trump.

The review requested - anonymously, nobody had the guts to stand up publicly - by 9th Circus is the tell they know this won't stand. Especially if Gorsuch joins the Supremes.

PS At least Trump is doing something wrt the Norks, rather than the Lefties' Mulatto Messiah leading out of his behind and wandering off for another round of golf or another evening in the arms of Reggie Love.

Witless will be babbling half the night, quoting irrelevant passages, but, now that he's name-calling, it's pretty clear even he knows he lost yet again.

Aural sex. The biggest sex organ is what's between them.

Bleach Drinkers Curing Coronavirus Together said...

Baghdad ed? Is that you?

You certainly are as expert a practitioner of self-deception as any of these liars.

You don't seem as articulate, though. You go on and on and on and on like Cliff Clavin.

How's Trump's open-door public meeting with the Japanese PM during a Nork missile test working out? How well did those cell phones work in the confidential public setting?

And revealing the guy with the nuclear codes?

Bluster your way through that, bullshit Cliff.

There has been a tectonic shift in Washington which has uncovered a lot of heretofore hidden faults. Favoring an unelected, unaccountable and anonymous deep state over the duly elected and highly accountable, practically transparent (his "private" calls with other leaders are published the next day) president. That is absurdly at odds with any pretense of being a conservative or a constitutionalist. The NeverTrumper commentariat is no less obtuse and obvious and odious than the rest of the Trump haters. This is what happens when you allow politics to be so very personal. Bill Kristol's sacred honor is at stake! And this is how you get Trump. They don't like Trump so every little thing is spun to put him in a bad light. Everything. And it's so obvious. I saw the Rover on TV this morning walking a very thin line which is difficult for such a fatso. He knows that a lot of the Fox viewership is not down with his reflexive need to scold Trump so he dials it back to a false equivalence between deep state leaks and standard new administrative disorganization ("chaos"). Kristol is long gone and good riddance. Now selling his token faux conservative hackware at the Other Clinton News Network (ABC), sucking up to Snuffles. The election is over (and, in fact, their fight with Trump has been over nearly a year) and it's (long past) time to put old grievances aside for the good of the nation. But for people like Kristol, the good of the nation comes second to Bill Kristol's sacred honor.

Leland said...

Not so much hidden faults as poorly patched over by the DC/NY media. I'm sure there were earlier signs of the patchwork, but the first clear example to me were the Pork Busters that noted the then Republican Congressional majority with a Republican President Bush didn't manage to bring up, much less pass, any of the key spending cuts and tax breaks promised, and forget any discussion on Social Security reform. It was almost like they were ok with the status quo, despite running against it.

Truth be told, Obama did pretty much the same thing. Setting aside ACA, Obama didn't close Gitmo, he kept us in Iraq longer than promised and ended up putting troops back, we're still in Afghanistan, and the news just today is the expansion of NSA powers to spy on Americans in Obama's last day.

Amartel said...

Bush made tons of compromises in order to keep everyone on the same page about foreign policy (the Iraq War) for as long as possible. (Then when the Dems got back in power they threw it all away. Lesson learned. Deep State Uber Alles.)

He sure wasted a shitload of time trying to "impress" world leaders by treating them at his unsecured, open-air dinner club, though. Ooh boy! Look at me! I'm so glitzy! Now let's keep all our dealings with the Norks as out in the open as possible. And check in with the wedding next door. Confidentiality breaches are a way to prove promptness! Yes! Oh Trump can give away more operational secrets than a whole warehouse full of email servers, that's for sure.

Maybe you think he should just coordinate secretly with them over unsecured phone lines though, like he did the Russians.
