@Chip: I think the spelling is a tell that a German speaker made the video. It's close to their transliteration of Chruschtschow. The Cyrillic gives me a clue that the "Kh" is Khrushchev is "X" (chi) and is supposed to be rasped like you're hocking a loogie: Хрущёв

You have to admit that there's a certain economy of alphabet apparent in Khrushchev = Хрущёв
The obvious error I pick out: "insatiable an appetite" should be "insatiable in appetite"
