Kind of odd. She talks about how he was never seen as racist or a predator, just a playboy. And then she starts in on how he *created* the racist, predatory character to appeal to the Republicans.
I don't understand this level of severe myopia. What does she think, really, what does she THINK that "playboy" means? Why does she think that he was always seen as a nice guy, if loud and flamboyant, and why does she think that he didn't just keep up that persona that *people like her* approved of?
I don't like Trump the way that many people here like Trump but this is just ridiculous.
This asshat is not endorsing Trump. This is standard lefty playbook. She knows Trump's not the big racist, sexist predator that he's been made out to be. She's starting his resurrection so she can use him to demonize the next Republican in line. Evilracistsexistpredator (noncooperating) Trump voter will stand in for that person for now.
I don't find these people's biographies or motivations interesting. I'm more fascinated about how we got to the place where we choose either one of them as our leader - one of the best among us. The number of people who find them both worthy of the office has got to be less than 10% of the country, yet we as a group chose them.
He promised adamantly to address the border and illegal immigrant issue that is very very important to Repub primary voters. None of his 16 opponents promised that so emphatically. That is how he established his 30-40% primary base.
Kasich could have done the same. Rubio could have done the same. And they may have beaten Trump out.
Hey, not true about the other 16 - Walker promised to build a wall to keep those nasty Canuck commies from sneakin' in, so he is just ahead of the curve on that issue.

Sounds like she never forgave him for not asking her out.
I think she''s just hoping for a blessed and peaceful Thanksgiving dinner with her family.

The best of us do not run for President. In fact the best of us would not make a good President.
Who were our best Presidents?
An awkward, diffident slave owner who had a problem relating to women.
A depressed melancholy lawyer who couldn't make up his mind about freeing the slaves.
A duelists who had major anger issues.
A Bully who pushed people around while shouting Bully.
A actor with Alzheimer's who floated through life like he was still at MGM.
The best people don't make the best Presidents.
But one things for sure. You never need a cunt.
chick ftw!
either way this is not pro hillary, quite cold in fact.
Bago- It is not that complicated re Trump.

AJ, that's where Trump gets his floor.
And plenty of Democrats and Indies feel the same way.
"An awkward, diffident slave owner who had a problem relating to women."
James Madison?
George Washington?
But I wouldn't characterize him as diffident.

"He promised adamantly..."
Yea, they do that a lot.
He kind of was ric. Read up on his early life and his life long love for Sally Fairfax.
He never recovered.
Well, when you've lost Maureen Dowd...
Maureen Dowd has so many facelifts she talks like a ventriloquist.
I enjoyed reading Dowd during the Clinton administration. Her hatred of Hillary was a delight to read. Nothing seems to have changed.
