Military Coup in Turkey. Looks like they have decided to exit the caliphate. Turkey has the unusual history of having military coups that actually improve human rights, and this is probably the case now.
Typical leftist: Spending ridiculous sums on self-serving pet projects with no discernible positive result and in fact it's probably worse than it was before.
It's nice he can manage to hork up the words Islamist extremism but that's probably due more to inherent European racism than intellectual honesty.
