I don't know. I think it could work. It just looks hideous.

Maybe if you added a lot of crisped up bacon chunks and some jalapenos.

It's a good idea. Next try, not guacamole with noodles, rather, satisfying large chunks of avocado floating around. With red of tomato.

We're thinking photographically here. This can be a delicious and satisfying and appealing dish such as would make you cry out in the night in a drunken state dressed deplorably in sweats in public, demanding the cafe bitches fetch you some STAT, whilst still a youth and still in college.

The creaminess will be cheese and the chunks will be avocado with diced jalapeño in little side dishes with little spoons for each brunch person to sprinkle themselves.

This is the new brunch hit. The cheesey macaroni with avocado bar. The bruncher sprinkles all kind of interesting and appealing elements, bacon bits, GREAT bacon bits, not prepared ones, GREAT olives diced, GREAT tomatoes diced, spring onion, (they only get so good) jalapeño, various hot sauces, toasted breadcrumbs or croutons, interesting things to add that make people feel great about having such wonderful and imaginative choices spread before them and well pleased with being alive.

A poached egg. Imagine that. You can do 24 poached eggs easily as 1. I mean it. i'm totally super cereal. Beforehand! You can make them, trim them, lift them out into cold water and hold them just floating around like macabre eyeballs, then to serve lift out of cold into warm water again for seconds to elevate the temperature again without cooking, just manage the temperature by lifting in and out of cold and hot water. KABONG two dozen poached eggs, just like that. And then everyone milling around is muttering, f'n brilliant, I don't know how the guy does it. He just does. Then the woman goes, I know right? He just does it like nothing.

I am willing to try it. I like Chip's thoughts on the topic.

Chrissake, add bacon and jalapeno to virtually any dish and it's good. Deep frying is the same. That said, I don't get the problem w/ this. I would eat it sans bacon.

Well, having once made hand churned avocado ice cream I guess I can't be too critical. Though, that was some horrible ice cream.
