"Emails From Hillary Clinton’s IT Director at State Department Appear to Be Missing"

The State Department said today it can’t find Bryan Pagliano’s emails from the time he served as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s senior information technology staffer during her tenure there.
Pagliano would have been required to turn over any official communications from his work account before he left the government. State Department officials say he had an official email account, but that they can't find any of those records he would have turned over and continue to search for them.
“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email pst file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” State Department spokesman Elizabeth Trudeau said today, referencing a file format that holds email.
“To be clear, the Department does have records related to Mr. Pagliano and we are working with Congress and [Freedom of Information Act] requesters to provide relevant material. The Department has located a pst from Mr. Pagliano’s recent work at the Department as a contractor, but the files are from after Secretary Clinton left the Department," Trudeau added. (more)

I was about to comment "see if you can find this story in a MSM outlet" and then I noticed it was from ABC News! That may be bigger news than the story itself- could the MSM finally be turning on the Hildabeast?

May be more room under Barry's bus than we thought.

Looks like Hillary may Feel The Bern in more ways than one starting tomorrow.

WV and NE both have primaries and Queen Cacklepants is none too popular in coal country anyhow.

CNN's headline says "RNC: Clinton's Aide's emails missing."

It's just an RNC claim, from a biased source. Nothing to see.

The shell game still rolls on and the shit show that the MSM puts on will never stop until they see her implanted as El Vaginente. The whole thing is a load. All of it. I don't even care anymore.

Had we made Clinton emails treasury notes (bitcoins) it would be possible to trace them to the Clinton Foundation.

Just something to consider, should we make Hillary president of the United States :-0

The IT guy has received federal immunity in exchange for agreeing to be fully and completely honest. The penalties for failure to do so are steep and harsh.

So, the appropriate federal authority simply has to ask him whether or not he sent emails to or received emails from the home-brew server. If his answer to either question is "yes", then person or persons in the State Department are in deep trouble. Criminal trouble.

When the guy who knows the system says there were emails, whoever made them disappear, and the person who instructed same, are left out to dry. Good luck.

if you want to know the draconian steps Rodham is taking to keep everyone in line, consider this. Her 4 top aides, including Cheryl Mills and Phillip Reines, have the same attorney. This is unheard of, and shows just how tough they're playing this. The potential for conflict of interest is off the charts. This circling the wagons occurred shortly after this errand boy shitbird dago was given immunity. Rodham has one "off the reservation" and she will not have another.

Pagliano needs to stay out of small boats on remote lakes and also out of Fort Marcy Park.

Hillary is pretty confident that enough of "her people" are in high government positions, so that nothing touches her. Yes, the fix is in.

I’m skeptical that Obama would allow this to go forward. The President himself received emails from @clinton.com. He had to have known how her emails were not @state.gov People working at DOJ and at State who are lower down the food chain would want to keep working in a Clinton administration. Even the much praised, loyal to the constitution, brings-a-tear-to-my-heart, FBI investigators will be looking to protect their phony-baloney jobs.

So the only ones pushing this are:
A)Conservative private groups filing FOIA lawsuits.
B)Republicans in congress who have not been able to nail her with anything of substance.
C) Some media outlets that are seen as right-biased by the public.

I think she is guilty as hell, but I’m not sure there is any power that can bring her to justice. The only thing that could bring her down would be the public turning on her, and right now her supporters just don’t care how dirty she is.

Why would Clinton's personal and secret IT guy have any incriminating e-mails?

The Clinton Crime family must be protected.

ABC, CBS, NBC sitting on them.

It's possible Rodham went with a private server just so security could be breached. It's one way of sending information to all those Clinton foundation donors. How did Guccifer know to find her stuff?

What is this "appears to be missing" shit? They're either missing or they're not.
Where and how were they stored?
When/where were they last seen?
Who saw them last?
Who was in charge of the storage?
For that matter, who were they sent to and does that person(s) have them?
We need to start firing/jailing people who cooperate in this fraudulence, whether at State or the IRS, EPA, etc. No immunity. Immunity just allows the immunized person to assume the burden of guilt, without prejudice, on behalf of everyone else. Fining record keepers who "lose" records for which they were responsible.

The State Dept. has emails from Brian Pagliano, the IT tech assigned to assist Clinton, except the ones from when she was Secy of State.
