I do admire the efficiency of the Spanish language. That's a condensation of "say it" (imperative mood verb).
Italian goes a step further, allowing the condensation of three independent elements such in the expression dimmelo: (say) + (to me) + (it).

Seriously! It is very telling that Marco Rubio thinks you need to be able to speak Spanish to be President. That show you where his cabeza is at.

I see that people over on Twitter are analyzing Cruz's accent and grammar in order to pigeonhole him as not sufficiently hispanic. Apparently, they are unaware how snooty that sounds to most Americans.
