Afterwards, Bookman did his usual belligerent bullshit talk about standing up for they vote or whatever and how it must be "earned". I'm inclined to think Bookman doesn't have anything to say unless he feels he can use it as an excuse to rally his crew against someone who's Jewish. But that's the thing; this is an anti-establishment election and he probably overestimates his own influence among blacks as badly as any establishment politician does in general.

all that pandering. What a waste for any actual cause that used to exist.

Sanders is only anti-establishment in that he is a collectivist marxist. That's about as anti-establishment as he gets. Beyond that, he's been establishment since the mid-80's. He's been sucking on the public tit for that long as a politician. Fuck, I think Obama is more of an outsider than the Brooklyn Jew ever could hope to be.

Was FDR a "collectivist marxist"?

Was FDR establishment or anti-establishment?

The problem, as I see it, for the right is that they've been spending every election since Reagan trying to out-Reagan Ronald Reagan. Only the problem was that Reagan was a specific response to a specific time and in search of a fight with a specific adversary - one that no longer exists. In the meantime, the youtes know that our standard of living has dropped ever since.

So that's the problem. Do you convince them that the problems with government today are problems of too much Reaganism or too much FDR-ism? And once you get past someone's job description, do you convince them that FDR's ideas are still the established political mainstream or that Reagan's ideas have become the established political mainstream.

I highly doubt that young voters think our problem is one of not enough deregulation. Successful calls for increased deregulation in the political discourse are probably the only thing they can remember hearing, at this point.

I doubt that Sanders bought the coffee with his own money. He is after all authentic.

What will Bernie do when he runs out of other people's coffee?

Word on the street is there's a place you know of where he can get a lot of tea.

We're already out of other peoples's coffee. We're all just guzzling our grandkids' coffee at this point.
