One of many glaring examples of the law of unintended consequences with big government, also known as the Streisand effect.
I know he's thick as brick, but is it really possible that Obama does not know this is exactly what would happen? He has know it will sell more guns, so what really is the objective? Is it possible he just doesn't care about consequences as long as he gets to say what he wants to say, or is he really so dumb he didn't expect this? Either way, it's truly inspiring leadership.
It also appears guns make good holiday gifts.
