CBS: [Hillary's] campaign press secretary, Brian Fallon, reiterated what Clinton has said for months: no classified information was sent or received through her private email server.
"This is the same interagency dispute that has been playing out for months, and it does not change the fact that these emails were not classified at the time they were sent or received," he said. "It is alarming that the intelligence community [inspector general], working with Republicans in Congress, continues to selectively leak materials in order to resurface the same allegations and try to hurt Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. The Justice Department's inquiry should be allowed to proceed without any further interference."
The top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Dianne Feinstein, had a similar response, calling the story "nothing new."
"None of the emails that are alleged to contain classified information were written by Secretary Clinton. The question of whether she received emails with classified information has nothing to do with any action taken by Secretary Clinton," she said. "Additionally, none of the emails that were sent to Secretary Clinton were marked as including classified information, a requirement when such information is transmitted."
Feinstein said the inspector general was being used for "baldly partisan attacks."

Hillary's private server and her selling her husband's over-priced speeches in exchange for political access and foundation money - hey that's old news! get over it, people. Except that she's a criminal and move on.
We need a crook in the White House.
I love how these "news" stories contain more defense of her criminal activity than any actual investigation of her criminal activity.
If the media were to actually do their job and act as curious non-biased arbiters and actual investigative journalists - Hillary would collapse.
I doubt it's "higher" than top secret. There are a lot of sideways classifications meant to restrict by need to know. It's your need to know that's verified, not your suitability for a clearance, for access to such things.
I say the FBI takes her down. Yes, Lynch can refuse to indict. But then there will be a firestorm.
Sanders is more in line with most Democrats' idea of government anyway, especially the young ones, many of which are not mature enough yet to become conservative. The older ones still think socialism works, but just hasn't been tried hard enough or done by the right people yet.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sanders got more Democrat votes than Hillary would.
"Intelligence from a "special access program,” or SAP, is even more sensitive than that designated as "top secret" – as were two emails identified last summer in a random sample pulled from Clinton's private server she used as secretary of state. Access to a SAP is restricted to those with a "need-to-know" because exposure of the intelligence would likely reveal the source, putting a method of intelligence collection -- or a human asset -- at risk. Currently, some 1,340 emails designated “classified” have been found on Clinton’s server, though the Democratic presidential candidate insists the information was not classified at the time.
“There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material,” a former senior law enforcement with decades of experience investigating violations of SAP procedures told Fox News. “It is the most sensitive of the sensitive.”"

PS the big deal is putting agents in the field at risk.
You hear those footsteps, baby?
They're right behind you.

That's the fun part.
He'll push the democrat Party so far Left, it will take a generation for them to recover.
All the young radicals today say: "Don't trust anyone under 70."
