And the Bedouin Arab countries is where the war is going next anyway. There really is no escape there.
Also note that the refugees are not trying to get into Russia, even though Russia very much could use some additional population.
My guess is that the countries cited for not welcoming refugees has to do with the refugee faiths, Shia' Muslim or Christian. Other than Bahrain, I can't see any refugee wanting to go there or be even slightly welcome because the others are predominantly Sunni Muslim.
