I'm making a club music playlist. My favorite top 200. I'm up to 194 that look so far like they will make the cut. I want at least one track for every year since 1976. If you guys/gals have a favorite you believe I might consider, let me know in the comments. Thanks.

I don't care much for club music, which I assume is dance music. I don't know why this song/video is so memorable, but it seems like everyone remembers it.

Nobody in the suburbs of L.A. has a front porch or sits out front like we used to back east on summer nights, so right now I'm building a front porch on my house so I can do that. I live within jogging distance of three colleges so the views on my street are pretty good for a dirty old man and his girlfriend. Gonna get me a glider and a couple rocking chairs and set it up like a rock and roll nursing home.
A song for a front porch and a cool drink from 1973.

The next song/video that loads and follows will give you a chaser of cowbell.

Great song! Makes me want to cue up some Wishbone Ash.
As for club songs, there are plenty from the 80's.
One from the the 90's is My Love (You're Never Gonna Get It) by En Vogue.
Another cool drink from 1973 would be Tequila Sunrise.
The two-phase "layered" drink as in a tequila sunrise is the latest "plastic realities" challenge for me. I've had some failures, but no successes. I really don't understand how polymerizing liquids intermix--or at least enough to control or predict it.
@Lem: Which year(s) are you lacking/short? I have all my music chroned by year and might/could suggest something.
Just heard the Bangles "Manic Monday". A sob I had forgotten.
And that would be song, not sob. Dumb phone.
I'm reminiscing about old B-52s.
We're in the basement.... Learin' to print... all of it's hot.
@Texas Annie: Stop Your Songing :)

2012. What I've got is just not appealing.
Pink had "Try" in 2012 and Katy Perry did "Part of Me". Not a great year.
Thanks for all the suggestions everybody. "Part of Me" is in the running.
