“A lot of people might go to the film. Hopefully nobody goes to that film,” Dolezal said. “We need to boycott that film from my perspective…”Via Reddit
Dolezal denounced the film as “miseducation [sic],” “misrepresentation,” and “highly offensive” to ancient Egyptians. “And also to people today,” she continued, “it’s robbing and shredding ancestry and history.”

"Dolezal Wanted to Boycott Exodus for Casting White Actors as Africans"
"Dolezal made the comments during an interview with local Spokane radio station KYRS. “You have white, European actors playing North African historical figures, like they were in the ’30s and the ’40s,” complained host Taylor Weech."

Just what did "ancient Egyptians" look like?
I probably wouldn't be a bad idea to start spelling her name like this: Rachel Do'h-lezal.
How about this old adage --
Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt
Does Rachel resemble these words?
Do'h, I think she does.
North Africa was colonized by Phoenicians, Semitic people.
This woman is going to end up becoming a sympathetic figure in the eyes of the left if she hasn't become one already. She's a misinformed con-artist and better that she be forgotten.

It was also populated and immigrated to a great extent by Nubians as well.
Oops, I read carelessly. Modern scholars seem too PC to even address the issue of race in ancient Egyptians. I keep looking; population dispersal is of special interest to me. Anyhow, while there were Nubian dynasties, by appearances many were Caucasian and many mixed. Egypt never exported royal daughters for brides, being the superpower of the ancient world, but did take the offered daughters of lesser nations. But who knows what ethnicity the non-elites were.
(Recent DNA studies show that Romans in the British Isles didn't leave as much genetic material behind as had been thought.)
"She's a misinformed con-artist "
I wonder where, in our society, such a person could find a home, acceptance, and even success.
One time George Bernard Shaw turned up at a dinner party where everyone was wearing formal wear. Shaw was wearing a tweed suit. It was said that his composure and aplomb was such that everyone at the party felt over dressed. This reminds me of Rachel. She has been caught in an embarrassing and obvious lie and faces down her accusers with perfect dignity and serenity. I admire the way that she intimates that only primitive, possibly racist people would question her more evolved sense of racial identity. She stands atop a mountain of bullshit and tells everyone how far reaching her views are.
When is Rachel's 15 minutes up?
"Identity" isn't the problem, it is her outright lying about her genetics...used when it suited her advancement in some endeavor, such as college...after first suing for discrimination against her because she was white. Then bingo, she's black? One very confused young woman. "Identity" and genetics are not the same...but she seems to think with some blatant lying that they are the same. Her shtick has already been covered in comedy movies and theater. I'd say she is a walking talking comedy. Enough already.
There has long been a phony baloney meme that Egyptians were really Nubians and that black people built the Pyramids.
I just heard her on the radio claiming "Nothing about me is White."
Also, she said there is no proof that her White parents are her parents. Sure there is a birth certificate that says Caucasian, but there are no witnesses to her birth to prove it was her.
This woman is the ultimate politician. I predict she will soon be elected President of the World. The first Black President of the World. When the aliens come and say "take us to your leader", we just happen to have one.
bagoj20 ... Wow. The lady just doesn't quit. I'd think a simple DNA test would resolve whether her parents are really her parents or not. I wonder if she's submit to one? I'm guessing no...that she'd cite privacy issues, yada yada.
Whoops bagoh20 ... my proof reading is in the toilet again :-(

I know we're only at the midway point but I'd have to guess that Rachel Dolezal is now the clear front runner for Time's Person of the Year.
Not me. I see International Peace Prize.
"I'd think a simple DNA test would resolve whether her parents are really her parents or not."
Oh, I don't know. Those things can be faked. Remember her uncle: O.J.? They tried to railroad that brother, but the jury was on to them racist cracker cops. Ain't nobody got time fo dat.
Let her ramble on.
She and Bruce are such a grand endorsement for the Brave New World of the Left.
Which reminds me, what is our favorite troll transitioning into?
Now there's a lottery.
I'm more bemused than outraged or even annoyed by her scam. The lies and frauds in Ferguson and elsewhere caused the destruction of property, reputations, and careers. . Her scam has mostly elicited a WTF response, at least from me.........She seems to have been an attractive young woman woman during those years when being an attractive young woman makes life easier. She has now morphed into a grievance ridden, middle aged black woman. That's not as good as being an attractive young woman, but it does garner attention and open some doors.......I really admire the self confidence and poise with which she pulls this off. Only a person from a privileged, high status background could make this work. Ironically this a flagrant act of white privilege.
OMG her hair looks like a soft serve ice cream cone made out of dog poop from a sick puppy.
Isn't this woman's 15 minutes up yet!!!
lol DBQ.
bagoh20 ... of course. What was I thinking. Of course she would claim the DNA was faked...little science genius that she is now-a-days vis a vis "manipulation."
Hasn't she hit the 16th minute now?
