What is wrong with the people in this country? Everyone knows she is constantly dishonest and a liar, yet they would still vote for her. She is the most confirmed liar in politics with absolutely no success to recommend her, and she is the frontrunner. We really don't deserve democracy. 330 million souls and this is the best we can do? I've always been proud of my country, but recent elections are making it very hard to sustain.
(1) "That's it! I've had enough!"
Those are the words I spoke out loud this morning, in my car driving to work, as I reached for the CD player and turned off the audiobook What's so Great About Christianity by Dinesh D'Sousa. The narrator had just finished up justifying the claim that the Big Bang theory resolves the so-called Genesis Paradox and at the same time proves that the biblical account of creation is "strikingly accurate."
I am not making this up. D'Sousa also called the big bang a "fiery explosion" and "a great light that preceded the sun." Again, I am not making this up.
(2) Which is a shame. Because I'm really interested in the subject matter. Oh, well.
I know, I know. Just because Mr. D'Sousa is an unreliable source (okay, some kind of nut job with hypergraphia) doesn't mean there's not a convincing argument to be made. I'll keep looking.
(3) "I'll keep looking." Yep. That's precisely what I said to myself as I was idling at a red light, having just ended my listening to Mr. D'Sousa's audiobook.
So what happens next? That's right. You guessed it. A car pulls up at the red light, too, beside me in the next lane over. The car has words painted on its passenger side.
"The only way to Heaven is through Jesus. See: John 14:6"
(4) I am not making this up.
@Eric
It's a message from ...
A sign even.
I hate to spoil anyone's day, but there's at least an even chance that this woman will be the next president of these here United States of America.
Bags got it right in the first comment.
For (5), did you follow the directive to see John 14?
I did.
John 14 was required memorization at the grade school I attended. Which didn't mean I wasn't left with many questions later on in life.
I'm now wondering if the big estate might also include many cars, books and viewpoints along with the mansions.
She's rolling out her big bag of tired tricks on Sunday. All the dupes, zombies, and other assorted moronati who voted for "change" will vote for her. I look forward to hearing her hectoring nasally tones and seeing her unconvincingly "sincere" facial expressions for months to come. Let the heavy drinking begin.
Colorado hates Hilery.
Imagine any ol' person who works for a major corporation (or even a media sized corporation - or a small corporation) conducted official business using a private e-mail account.
That person would be fired.
FIRED FIRED FIRED...
How on earth is Hillary qualified to run as a Democrat?
What is this?
My heavens - shouldn't all this blatant corruption put a stop to her?
The Clown Car is the US media.
You always talk about misinformed voters but you are clueless voters. California is like 15 Kansas's and NY is like 20 Wyomings.
Mal-informed. Informed by manipulations and hype.
Not you Tits - you have your finger on the pulse.
You urban city dwellers like to f*ck us all over.
Please stop.
Yabut ovaries. That'll draw lots of votes from white liberal womenz
Apparently the voters do care about Hillary emails.
I'm not seeing the evidence for this conclusion-cum-explanation; in other words: what's emails got to do with it (do with it)?
I do, however, agree that she's vulnerable, even as I do also think that the Virginia result might well be something worth paying attention to, as a bellwether, harbinger, what-have-you, choose your phrase/description.
And/not or, is what I mean in my sounding a cautionary note.
[Not pro-HRC, btw, ftr; and + dislike dynasties, all of 'em, still]
She doesn't have to be the frontrunner. Really, she doesn't. Still, I suspect that many want her to be, across the board, even, on account of the advantage her candidacy offers...
...across the board, and for not just those for her, but also those against her.

I miss being less cynical.
And that's Q-pac.
You get the funny feeling the margin is probably more.
