Clinton was under a subpoena order from the panel for all documents related to the 2012 attacks on the American compound there. But David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, said the 900 pages of emails previously provided to the panel cover its request. Will the democrats still give her the nomination?
Kendall also informed the committee that Clinton’s emails from her time at the State Department have been permanently erased.

"Trey Gowdy: Hillary Clinton wiped her server clean"
“While it is not clear precisely when Secretary Clinton decided to permanently delete all emails from her server, it appears she made the decision after October 28, 2014, when the Department of State for the first time asked the Secretary to return her public record to the Department,” Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi, said in a statement.

Actually she's a safe bet to lose huge.
Now that guy from Maryland with the biceps ...
Yes, as far as that goes.
But Hillary! may not run for other reasons. They have not even started on her finances yet.
It snot up to me.
I'm not a member of their club. I wouldn't vote for her anyway. Ever. So, I'm out. It's not my discussion. The little angel on my shoulder goes, Chip, do something fun instead, strum.
It has its annoying harp.
Then the cartoon devil jabs me on the other shoulder with its pitchfork and says, fuck that, Chip, show everybody why, feel the hate, Dude, feel the hate. FEEL IT! I said.
You know how much I like the Fort in Morrison. I used to drive past it all the time on the way to Red Rocks Park to climb around on the formations. As a teen I would think, Man, if I were posh then I would go there. Eventually I did become posh and went there.
Psych. It's not posh at all. That was a misapprehension. Everyone learns how comfortable the whole place is, how inviting and expansive and gracious when we go there.
But now the visionary and utterly unique force that created the place has died and his daughter runs it, and runs it well, but not with the gusto nor professionalism nor perfection in dishes as previously. But still very good.
And turns out, after all that splendid personal story and intense consuming interest in western history the owner, Sam Arnold, is a big knee-pad wearing outsized government accepting serious-ass Party loyalist. The episode of being so humble and blown away about a presidential visit, his "if Dad could see me now" reversion to teenage angst to please his father and doing that by obsequious servility in welcoming Bill and Hillary Clinton as royalty. There is no other way to put it. A George Washington Slept Here plaque okay but pissing yourself is not okay and even that is not among the things that makes me cringe, it's mostly the hand wave.
Something so stupid as that. It's the stupid things that get me.
You see it in the first minute. @.27 It's only two seconds, Madame Muumuu exits the government limousine and waves, hand windshield wiper. Ugh. There is nothing objectively wrong with it, but just, ugh.
Then Sam says it! "Boy, you sure do get the sense you're in the presence of royalty."
Double Ugh. Ya got me. Stab right in the heart. *feigns being stabbed in the heart* I'm feeling it down there in my left ventricle.
No, Sam Arnold, it snot.
[The idea of grifters enjoying the Fort's excellent buffalo steaks or pheasant or lamb on our dime, when I cannot get out of there for less than, I don't know, with wine and drinks, $75.00 a person, what have you, on the low side, makes me pee-yuke The thought of Sam Arnold believing that these two et l'entourage are more awesome and important than he is, makes me hurl that pee-yuke with great expulsive force and become tremendously sad at the same time. ]
My link to the wave failed
And guess what? NOTHING WILL HAPPEN!!! Like always. She will walk away again, scott free. No one will be punished. No one has yet or ever will be.
Death of a thousand cuts.
20 years ago, the media could shill for Willie all the time and save his overweight ass by changing the subject or demonizing his accusers.
The Internet's changed all that. Why do you think the Choom Gang wants to destroy it?
Is anyone shocked?
When do the Rodhams get frog marched?
#SmartCorruption
Will the democrats still give her the nomination?
Fuck that. You guys can have her. She out-Nixons Nixon.
Lol. HRC's political bio on Wiki. Not necessarily all that Democratic:
Raised in a politically conservative household,[7] Rodham helped canvass Chicago's South Side at age thirteen following the very close 1960 U.S. presidential election, where she found evidence of electoral fraud against Republican candidate Richard Nixon.[14] She then volunteered to campaign for Republican candidate Barry Goldwater in the U.S. presidential election of 1964.[15] Rodham's early political development was shaped most by her high school history teacher (like her father, a fervent anticommunist), who introduced her to Goldwater's The Conscience of a Conservative,[16] and by her Methodist youth minister (like her mother, concerned with issues of social justice), with whom she saw and met civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. in Chicago in 1962.[17]
Wellesley College years
In 1965, Rodham enrolled at Wellesley College, where she majored in political science.[18] During her first year, she served as president of the Wellesley Young Republicans;[19][20] with this Rockefeller Republican-oriented group,[21] she supported the elections of Mayor John Lindsay and Senator Edward Brooke.[22] She later stepped down from this position, as her views changed regarding the American Civil Rights Movement and the Vietnam War.[19] In a letter to her youth minister at this time, she described herself as "a mind conservative and a heart liberal."[23] In contrast to the 1960s current that advocated radical actions against the political system, she sought to work for change within it.[24] In her junior year, Rodham became a supporter of the antiwar presidential nomination campaign of Democrat Eugene McCarthy.[25] Following the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr., Rodham organized a two-day student strike and worked with Wellesley's black students to recruit more black students and faculty.[25] In early 1968, she was elected president of the Wellesley College Government Association and served through early 1969;[24][26] she was instrumental in keeping Wellesley from being embroiled in the student disruptions common to other colleges.[24] A number of her fellow students thought she might some day become the first female President of the United States.[24] To help her better understand her changing political views, Professor Alan Schechter assigned Rodham to intern at the House Republican Conference, and she attended the "Wellesley in Washington" summer program.[25] Rodham was invited by moderate New York Republican Representative Charles Goodell to help Governor Nelson Rockefeller's late-entry campaign for the Republican nomination.[25] Rodham attended the 1968 Republican National Convention in Miami. However, she was upset by the way Richard Nixon's campaign portrayed Rockefeller and by what she perceived as the convention's "veiled" racist messages, and left the Republican Party for good.[25]
Balls - I'm happy to hear you say that, but we don't want her either.
Many on team -D, do want her. Isn't that gross?
Can she just fade into the sunset and leave us alone? Her very existence is demoralizing to us.
Many on team -D, do want her. Isn't that gross?
Pretty damn gross, no doubt. If there's any merit to complaints of tyrannical tendencies a la commies on the left, those jerk-offs exemplify them. They're more dangerous than most of the right and the center, just in a stupid and passive way.
Can she just fade into the sunset and leave us alone?
If only. One can hope. Events of recent years suggest that maybe there will be medical limits to her political viability.
Her very existence is demoralizing to us.
Amen. And to everyone.
I can't remember any time in American history when a candidate circulated a "banned words" list.
The only silver lining is her stupidity. The fact that she thought she could get away with a private email server for official State Department business is extraordinary. I'm glad Obama's being pretty firm on exactly how far a line he's willing to draw on her behalf, and hope against hope that he must have seen and/or predicted what she'd be up to and let it happen just to allow her to fall on her rusty fusty crusty sword.

This MTP interview is a great illustration of how much she bit off. For someone who thought the Libyan embassy story could only go so far, it's great to see that on a day of heavy and very visible official state business, she couldn't release a single email. That photo with her and the sunglasses and Blackberry with the file photo date in the caption -- This is just the comeuppance that she's finally deserved for all her petty tyranny over the years, hopefully sparing us something much worse were she to ever get the nomination and win.

The NC rep did a good job. Not to over-the-top, sticking precisely to the facts and concerns. If this is how it's kept up, she'll be toast. You have to do it honestly, calmly, rationally, the way it was done to Nixon. Hopefully the reaction will be bipartisan.
Obama was smart in how he addressed her scandal, too. Stating very resolutely what she said she'd do, what she promised she'd do, what's expected she'll do, and giving a firm implied undertone that she's solely responsible for every misdeed this investigation uncovers. It's being done in a way where none of her supporters will be able to accuse anyone of making her out to be the fall-guy. It will be very clear exactly how much responsibility she bears - something that she could always avoid and somehow just barely squeak her way around up until now.
So she used to be conservative? How odd.
She's a total crony socialist now.
She's an opportunist. Wherever the glory is, that's where she'll go. That's what she'll believe.
Or.. correction. Wherever the glory was. She's a crusty twat and doesn't get that the 1960s paradigm has passed. People want a competent government, not necessarily the kind that LBJ/FDR had. Obviously she didn't get the memo. As I said, not that bright.
