Nowadays, ultimate success for higher education (in establishment bastions like Yale, anyway) is the total suppression of non-PC thought. So it may well be that the irony is lost on these Yalies because the internal governor that's been implanted in them doesn't let any thought that might challenge the agenda coalesce.
I know some people who gloat about the existence of pederast priests claiming that it invalidates Catholicism.
No decent, intelligent, educated human being should want to be like that.

ricpic, exactly. Irony Free Yale. Also, they probably call it "climate change." "Global warming" has proved to be a problematic semantic construction and so it is under the bus with all the other banned wrongspeak.
"Climate change" is, of course, an equally problematic semantic construction for its intended purpose but these programmed drones haven't the mental capability and intellectual curiosity to figure out why.
Remind me again why I should ever recommend Yale to a HS graduate....a certificate of completion from a welding school has more intellectual heft than a diploma from any of the Ivies these days..

It's now 5º below. More proof of global warming!
8 degrees below zero in Detroit this morning, with a brisk wind to add to the misery. We're told that a heat wave of plus 10 is coming up with the sun. April & May cannot come too soon...I have the gear to handle the cold, but under these abnormal conditions I accompany our dog out side and bring her back the moment she finishes her business...usually within 4-5 minutes.
