Never doubt for a moment the Messiah's arrival.

Never doubt for a moment the Messiah’s arrival. My problem is that I can’t stand to even look at the new Messiah masquerading as a BS artist. Perhaps I won’t be saved. “… a light will shine through that window, a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany … and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote for Obama” – Barack Obama Lebanon, New Hampshire.
January 7, 2008. “We have an amazing story to tell,” she said. “This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light.”
Michelle Obama “This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.”
Barack Obama “This is bigger than Kennedy. . . . This is the New Testament.” | “I felt this thrill going up my leg. I mean, I don’t have that too often. No, seriously. It’s a dramatic event.”
Chris Matthews “Obama’s finest speeches do not excite. They do not inform. They don’t even really inspire. They elevate. . . . He is not the Word made flesh, but the triumph of word over flesh . . . Obama is, at his best, able to call us back to our highest selves.”
Ezra Klein “We’re here to evolve to a higher plane . . . he is an evolved leader . . . [he] has an ear for eloquence and a Tongue dipped in the Unvarnished Truth.”
Oprah Winfrey

Comment by eleno to a Reuters story about people walking out early from Obama where everybody is being negative. It happens sometimes, Drudge links an item that accepts comments and the whole thing is suddenly flooded with a thousand similar remarks. You're tempted to think, "Wow, people are finally getting it" and then you realize, oh, Drudge link. Except this one comment by eleno is the single positive thing I saw before stopping and I thought, hey, that would make a good marquee. You can stop anytime and not miss anything, we all saw this movie before.

People forget that, 2 years ago, Obola couldn't fill a high school gym (while people had to be turned away from the Romster's rallies).

He lost his sheen about the time Joe Wilson yelled, "You lie".

Tongue dipped in unvarnished bs... More like it.

I was attempting to correct an Oprah quote up above. Avoiding misunderstandings.

If you click on the Drudge link and read right under the photo is says:

President Barack Obama waves as he arrives for a campaign rally for Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown (R) at a High School in Upper Marlboro, Maryland October 19, 2014.

That's why. Obama is stumping for an evil rethuglican.

Who knew Obama stumps for black Republicans?

Good try... LOL

I think the R stands for standing to the Right of his eminence.

Which is funny because I think just about everybody with the exception of the Chinese politburo and NK Kim stands to the right of Obama... politically.

Is that too harsh? I want to be critical but not harsh.

The exits created the twitter tag #ReasonToExitAnObamaSpeech...

Here are some of the ones I thought weren't too bad.

Your leaving was just a spontaneous reaction to a video.

To get to your 2nd job because he won't do his only job.

You're Rosemary Lehmberg's designated driver and she called.

I'm particularly... what is the word I'm looking for? since I'm still jobless myself.

Not harsh. Accurate.

Why place the (R) there at all? Does Reuters think we don't know who Obama is?

Have you ever seen someone so drunk that they are making a fool of themselves, and you think: man, I'm glad I outgrew that phase?. You would think that a lot of people have sobriety inducing hangovers right now.

People need to be reminded of their stupidity until the liberals among us stop with their messianic tendency. One of the main reasons the right prefers smaller government is the understanding that no man or woman is anything more than just that. We all put our pants suit on one leg at a time, regardless of how sharp the creases are.

People left early to avoid projectile vomiting and explosive diarrhea.

The Dems' predictable (over)reaction to this will be to glue the props, er people, to their chairs during O speeches so there's no more unsightly getting up and leaving The Presence.

King Putt will NOT be ignored. (Channelling Fatal Attraction.)
And he will kill your pet bunny if necessary to make his point.

Interesting side note:

Most of the stories on this topic note that Obama was interrupted by a heckler as the crowd was filing out. Some of the stories indicate that the heckler disagreed with Obama's immigration stance or "challenged the President on immigration" before be escorted out. None of the stories say what the heckler said. Now, given the setting, the heckler could have had a lot of things to say about immigration. Probably objected to Obama holding off on his immigration scheme until post-midterms. Damn the torpedos, full speed ahead, I'm an LIV. But possibly this was a black person concerned about immigrants flooding the work force. In any event, given that it was mainly black people, the home team, filing out during Obaaaama's speech, wouldn't it be newsworthy to know what people in this community were protesting about? (To say nothing of why they were leaving.) You know if it was a racist heckle we'd have it word for word, along with lurid details of the racist's personal history, family members, criminal record, etc. And if it was a Republican being heckled, we'd be treated to the heckle plus a studious overview of all the reasons why the heckler was right to heckle given the draconian conservative policies etc. etc. But nothing, no details, just Obama got heckled about immigration. Leaving the reader with the general impression that oh, dear, someone was rude to the President for some reason.
Fuck the media.

After voting him in twice, Reuters has good reason to believe we don't ;)

I'm looking forward to the group photo to be taken at some White House reception.

There'll be Jimmy Carter, Bush 41, Bill Clinton, Bush 43 and Barack Obama.

All close together. And they'll all be grinning for the camera.

Grinning.

Grinning.

Just like old friends.
