A recurring theme is the apocryphal Judith, "a daring and beautiful widow, who is upset with her Jewish countrymen for not trusting God to deliver them from their foreign conquerors. She goes with her loyal maid to the camp of the enemy general, Holofernes, with whom she slowly ingratiates herself, promising him information on the Israelites. I once got head from a Jewish woman named Judith, and her teeth got in the way, and now it all kind of makes sense.
I remember the feminuts tried to appropriate Judith as a rape icon or something.
About the closest they got to Judaism.
PS Wasn't she also a Judge of Israel?

My understanding is that the religion was named after her.
