'We hope you will, please, pursue this... Check it out. Challenge us.'

"The Citizens Commission on Benghazi, a self-selected group of former top military officers, CIA insiders and think-tankers, declared Tuesday in Washington that a seven-month review of the deadly 2012 terrorist attack has determined that it could have been prevented – if the U.S. hadn't been helping to arm al-Qaeda militias throughout Libya a year earlier."
'The United States switched sides in the war on terror with what we did in Libya, knowingly facilitating the provision of weapons to known al-Qaeda militias and figures,' Clare Lopez, a member of the commission and a former CIA officer, told MailOnline.

She blamed the Obama administration for failing to stop half of a $1 billion United Arab Emirates arms shipment from reaching al-Qaeda-linked militants.
'Remember, these weapons that came into Benghazi were permitted to enter by our armed forces who were blockading the approaches from air and sea,' Lopez claimed. 'They were permitted to come in. ... [They] knew these weapons were coming in, and that was allowed..
'The intelligence community was part of that, the Department of State was part of that, and certainly that means that the top leadership of the United States, our national security leadership, and potentially Congress – if they were briefed on this – also knew about this.' (read more)

Incompetence, reset button props, empty rhetoric, happy wish-thought pipe-dream diplomacy + a weaponized re-energized rage filled al Qaeda = Hillary/Obama fail and 4 dead Americans.

Jay Carney and his happy Soviet propaganda artwalls say - "it was the video!"

The Administration's ridiculous attempts at cover-up make this explanation much more believable than it would be if they lied more convincingly. It would be nice to have a press that wasn't so lame.

Here is Obama deftly handling the press.

4 dead in Benghazi…

Krauthammer recently said the Choom Gang had run out the clock on BenGhazi.

Not quite yet. That line, "'The United States switched sides in the war on terror", (actually, we had a Moslem in the Oval Office) will keep the pot boiling.

Isn't gun running a bit more than "facilitating" the provision of arms to Al-Qaeda? There was nothing passive about the Hussein-Hillary directive that Stevens run arms out of Benghazi to the Syrian "rebels."

"Ambassador Stevens arrived in the city the day before, accompanied by a five-person security detail.
As it was the anniversary of 9/11, the American envoy decided to hold meetings inside the secured compound, fearing possible acts of violence.

Then, at around 8:30pm that evening, Stevens concluded his final meeting of the day and retired for the night, unaware of what was to come an hour later."

daily mail

IIRC I had an article that named the person his final meeting was with. I will try to find it.

So, we have someone who'd been asking for extra security, but flew into Benghazi anyway on the eve of the 9/11 anniversary. Just how important was this meeting?

Deborah, Stevens met with Turkish Consul General Ali Sait Akin the night of the 11th. Hmmm, why would he leave the safety of Tripoli to meet with a Turk in a city acknowledged to be dangerous for westerners? Unlike the MSM, inquiring minds would like to know.
