Hey, I was going to say that, but I thought maybe the recorder being close enough and the surrounding buildings might compensate. Also, I think they're standing on snow.
They are bow-syncing. Lip-sawing. Fakin' it. An open air setting allows the sound to waft away like smoke. I would be very surprised it what we hear was recorded at the time the video was made.
