I was pretty sympathetic to the complaint about restricting access but then I started reading and the first example they mentioned was restriction imposed on photographers during the Dalai Lama's visit.
Is there more than this? I stopped reading after that because it's late. But some President's wouldn't even meet with the Dalai Lama as I recall. And I can understand in that particular case why they might be restrictive.
