I was ABOUT to proclaim in wonderment and admiration: "Be still my beating heart!" But suddenly realized that at my age that's the LAST sentiment I should champion. And reflecting that said culinary delight might speed me down an unwanted path--but I'd eat it ANYWAY, lol.
THis is definitely a cool application of the bacon weave. And if this is your first exposure to it, you need to check out more Epic Meal Time. They've got YouTube videos that will knock your socks off (as well as perhaps some other, anatomical features).
Anyway, apparently there's a video for the making of this.
Personally, I think bacon tastes best in smaller doses - a few strips on a burger for instance. But YMMV. It can't account for the WOW factor or visual appeal alone, of course.
I admit I am a putz when it comes to food appearance...not to mention many other things.
Why does this photo just have to have chunks of tomato (or is it pepper?) and green pepper displayed obviously as decoration. Why not a good tomato / pepper sauce on or in the eggs?
It's like the restaurants that think if they put the un-Godly green of broccoli in something it makes it better. Chinese restaurants are the worst...I lived in Asian for nearly 3 years and never once saw brocolli in a Chinese restaurant. Never saw soy sauce on the table either for that matter...just Ketchup or Catsup.

Men who go on about bacon remind me of women who go on about chocolate.

Sorry, I realized too late that that last video was for an actual taco with a bacon weave shell instead of the egg breakfast version!

Pollo's latest trickery.
I inadvertently put this post on draft mode, tinkering with my phone. Didn't realize it until just now.
Wow.
But I like my bacon thin and crispy!.
