The video for me is blocked, but I saw the tag "tumbling."

So I wondered whether it was gymnastics tumbling or rock tumbling.

Then to teh googles!

Ah! It's called power tumbling.

Which reminds me: When the hell did they stick the word "artistic" in front of the word "gymnastics?"

There's a lot going on in the world of which I am unaware, apparently.

That's Boulder - much of it on the CU campus. The rose bushes - I know exactly where those are on Colorado Avenue.

He looks weightless.

Boulder?

Then maybe it is rock tumbling, but with a really big rock tumbler.

That reminds me. A while back I was interested in one of those ComposTumbler things.

I called up the company and I talked to one of their reps who basically told me it's not all that great a product. Very, very limited usefulness. Not for the casual gardener.

I couldn't believe my ears so I called back again after a few days and I got a different person.

Same thing. Hey, you have to admire their honesty. Pretty rare these days. Wish I had a chocolate factory to leave them.

Are you sure you weren't calling 1-800-ACA-Train-Wreck?

I can grasp tumbling on the grass or a cushioned matt- but not a city sidewalk. yowza.

It has no practical use, but I really wish I could do that. It looks like the physical expression of how I feel on a Friday after work, or a sunny Saturday morning. It looks like sign language for yelling out loud "Damn, it's good to be alive!"

My eyes played tricks on me...about 1/3 of the time he looked like a computer game image. Seriously.

I just hope that this doesn't encourage reckless tumbling. The sidewalks already have enough obstacles without some maniac doing quadruple back flips. Use your head as well as your hamstrings when tumbling and back flip responsibly.

But you see he prays to God each time and that concentrates his energy and his mind with deity and that covers it. He's quite explicit about that.
