Norway reindeer police

Norway Reindeer Police report they believe evidence on the scene of a herd of dead reindeer suggests murder.

And if that doesn't pique your reindeer-interest then UPI has this for you

* Researcher: Santa's so-called reindeer are actually caribou
* A man uses a flying  boat to track reindeer
* High-speed train kills lots of reindeer
* Reindeer falls off a truck in Ohio and is recaptured
* England reindeer wins race
* Reindeer escaped and ran across a Texas highway

I almost accused you of faking the picture, since the vest had the word Police in English, instead of whatever the corresponding word would be in Norwegian. However, Google translate shows that the corresponding word would be Politiet. After carefully checking the sizing and spacing of the letters on the vest, and extrapolating across the portion that is not visible, it is clear that the correct word was used.

Forgive me for ever doubting you. It will never happen again.

Go ahead, ask him why the caribou has mule deer antlers.

I didn't realize how much like moose they look. I think this one is young with undeveloped antlers, its body and face look close to a moose.

I thought they'd look like Christmas decorations, and those are deer.

I also nabbed a Norwegian police badge but didn't use that. For cartoon porpoixxxx purposes a star would work.

Oh, I just realized you guys are doing the theme of the day thing like at TOP- and today's theme is racks.

@Chip- you've never seen Polar Express?

Our local version of Whole Foods (Harry's Farmers Market) brings caribou in every December. The kids love it and it beats taking little ones to sit on a stranger's lap at the mall.
