The lenient sentence offends me as only adoption agencies and lawyers should be allowed to sell babies.
I'll never understand the drug addled mind that says, "Yes, sell the baby for drug money. That will work."

The woman isn't the baby's mom. She was selling a *different* woman's baby, apparently without the woman's consent or knowledge.

If its a third degree felony, does that mean is a common enough offence that it necessitates a less severe handling? charge? possible punishment?
It has to be unusual, to sell a baby. I would imagine.
