It's all Rigged!

FBI Director James Comey: We Will Not Indict Hillary Clinton Even Though There is ‘Evidence’ of Violations

Breitbart News, By Patrick Howley July5. 2016

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director James Comey said Tuesday at a press conference that he will not recommend an indictment against Hillary Clinton, though he found “evidence” that she might have violated laws pertaining to the handling of classified information.

Comey announced a number of conclusions that support the findings of Breitbart News’ coverage of the Clinton private email scandal, including that she sent and received information on her private server that was classified. Comey said that 110 of Clinton’s emails were classified at the time they were sent.
Comey said that “although there is evidence of potential violations,” no reasonable prosecutor would take on the case.
Comey at least shared details about that damning evidence.
He also said that seven of Clinton’s email chains contained “Top Secret” information.
“That is excluding any later up-classified emails… None of these emails should have been on any unclassified system, but the presence of these emails is especially concerning,” Comey said.
“There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position… should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that information,” Comey continued.
“There is evidence that they were extremely careless,” he said, referring to Clinton and her aides.
Comey also noted that individuals in a similar situation would not necessarily be let off the hook with no charges, but would probably face penalties. “But that’s not what we’re deciding now,” Comey said. “We are expressing to Justice our view that no charges be made in this case.”
Comey said that “no outside influence of any kind was brought to bear” on the investigation, even though Attorney General Loretta Lynch recently held a secret meetingwith President Bill Clinton.
Comey said the investigation was conducted in an “apolitical and professional way… I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this organization.”
Then he walked off.

When he is President he should move full speed ahead on deportations, water-boarding, carpet bombing the Middle East and targeting the families of terrorists. The IRS should be unleashed on the Washington Post, New York Times and celebrity liberal journalists. If the bureaucracy refuses to move they should be fired in violation of civil service laws and replaced by the boys in the yarmulkes from Trumps accounting department. If the court issues rulings he should ignore them the way Obama does. Drilling and coal and oil exploitation should commerce everywhere and if the EPA objects they should be incarcerated.

Just as a start.

The laws regarding handling classified information don't require intent, and most laws have clauses fot negligence.

Hillary wasn't the subject of a criminal investigation because she is not a subject. Petraues is a subject. But Hillary is not.

If the Republicans had any balls they would institute impeachment hearings against Lynch and the FBI director. Now. Today. Without any delay.

But they won't.

So yeah, Teddy, good luck with all that - you are going to need it.

The top voted reddit comment on this...

This is an absolute outrage! How is what she did any different from Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning? She deliberately mishandled sensitive information, if there were spies they could just tap into her email and see wtf was going on. Who knows what horrible things happened because of this!

On the flip side, giving her benefit of the doubt that she's simply too ignorant of technology to go about this material properly, why is she still capable of being president?! She's proven it through her actions through out history that she knows best, what she wants is above what everyone else wants, so we're just going to keep promoting her to possess the most important position in the country? She's been avoiding the press like the plague, probably because all she's capable of doing is spewing lies and she'd just dig herself deeper into the pile of manure she's created for herself. Even though we all have character flaws, this type of flaw should not even have a chance of being considered for president, it is a huge responsibility. She's so damn selfish and above protocol, while knowingly putting lives in danger because of it (again, if she doesn't do it knowingly it simply highlights how she is not president material).

Obama should be ashamed of himself for campaigning with her, but I'm sure he has no choice because of the level of money exchange they're on.

Trooper York said...

I find it hard to believe that Trump would pick Cruz or that Cruz would accept. The much better pick was Tom Cotton or as has been reported Joni Ernst.

If you read the Tea Leaves you would note that after the recent Sunday Morning interview in which some morons read as a non-endorsement of Trump....that Trump had nothing but nice things to say about Tom Cotton. Now if Trump doesn't need you then the slightest criticism will lead to him attacking full bore as he had done to Little Marco and Lying Ted. But he has nothing but good things to say about Cotton. Cotton has established a little distance but is still respectful and supportive of Trump. Much more so than any conservative this side of Jeff Sessions. I think he is perfectly positioned to be the VP candidate as I have predicted for months.

Trooper York said...

I do think that Trump should reach out to Cruz and offer him the next Supreme Court slot. Especially since there is no way he would be confirmed because he is universally despised on both sides of the aisle.

That should be enough to get Lyn' Ted on board. No need to waste the VP pick on him.

Trooper York said...

What I like about Tom Cotton is that he is a military man and if something happens to Trump he would be uniquely qualified to take action against America's enemies both foreign and domestic.

The elites do not realize that they have released the Kraken. This last brazen flouting of the rule of law is I think the straw that will break the Camel's back.

I have always thought that the next face of the rebellion against the elites will not be anywhere as benign as a silly old orange vulgarian. It will be a blow dried, effective, articulate man who will be ruthless on a scale not seen since FDR. I have long suspected that Tom Cotton is that man.

Caesar followed Sulla. Read your history. Those that ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

I'd vote for Trump at this point even if he ran over my dog, but I'd vote for the dead dog too.

I generally vote for the person who I think would do the best job of preserving and advancing my interests and principles, but I don't even care about moving my direction anymore. We have to kill this god awful embarrassment and shame we now wear as a nation. Even Trump can't embarrass me as much as this woman's election would. Beating her is all that matters now - the election is a singularity! Even if Trump was a terrible president, at least his very existence would not be the foul anti-American stench that Hillary's now is and would be if elected. I will lose so much affection for my own nation if she wins, that I don't think I can get it back. I can accept government corruption and incompetence - that's the nature of the beast, but we (the people) should always be better than our government. We have to be the ones who clean up the mess, fix the defects, kill the infections. If we choose her, we are not the nation I hope we still are. We will not be exceptional any longer.

Trooper York said...

Keep in mind it was Ted's girl doing the promoting. I think Trump is happy to lay down the hatchet once Ted endorses him, but I would stay away from SCUS. The One True Ted strikes me as the kind who could easily turn into the next Anthony Kennedy.

As I said, I think Ted knows his days in politics are numbered and this is a last ditch try at getting close to the top spot.

Trooper York said...

I think the court is the perfect ploy to get to act as he always does in the service of his ambitions. If Trump promises him the court he can do it realizes he will never be confirmed. He can even fight for him as hard as he wants and it will not matter. The thing is we need him on board at the convention which I know will happen.

This move with Hillary gives Ted the excuse he needs to sign on. A little bakeesh will just helps the process along.

Evi L. Bloggerlady said...

Actually offering Ted a SCOTUS slot makes a lot of sense.

First of all Trump need not offer it publicly, it can be a private conversation between Ted and Donald. While Ted might not be confirm-able, a Ted hearing would be fabulous. Let the Senator posers argue the law with Ted on TV. If he goes down, it will be downright Borkian.

So what if Ted does not get confirmed. The key is not to follow Ted with an Anthony Kennedy. Find another Hispanic or Black true conservative and run him following Ted.

Trump is probably going to have two, possibly three or more SCOTUS seats to fill.

Evi L. Bloggerlady said...

They've already stabbed conservativism in the heart, it's dead, but now the country is on life support and this decision by the FBI not to prosecute has shattered any semblance of Justice and Law that this country maintained it upheld. And without that, what do you have? Chaos. It's all coming from the left. Their success in the tear down of America has been done quite well.

The only way to fight these people now is to kill them and right isn't going to go there either. So it's over. It was fun guys. Long live the United States of America. Even under a Trump Presidency this level of top to bottom legal and investigative malfeasance is irreparable. So while you guys are jib jabbing about potential VP candidates, you are missing your country being torn down around you. Those gun laws don't take effect until next year. In the meantime people should stock up on ammo. We don't need a bazillion rounds. Just a few thousand of each. The sporting goods stores will do great in Oregon and Nevada. Just a hop skip and a jump over the border. Also the people from Oregon will continue to come to California or Nevada to buy their booze in Conehead style mass quantities. I can see stores just opposite the borders. One in Ca for liquor the other in Ore for ammo and ventless gas heaters too.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

I don't understand the hate for "alternative energy." If you can run your meter backward with a solar panel or windmill I think a consumer should have every right to sell that off or displace their energy utility bill with it. Hell, sell it off to the neighbors even. Why is it that there are some on the right who are so opposed to that, to a decentralized, consumer-friendly energy grid? This is actually causing big splits in the south and southwest, as with the other Republican splits. The corporatist view is to maximize the benefit to the big utility co. and tell the consumer to stuff it while some conservatives are actually on board with letting the consumer control his own fate and destiny with an energy source that no one else needs to have property rights to. What's next, monetizing and owning property rights to rainwater? To air? It has to end somewhere.

Ritmo alternative energy is a scam. It has always been a scam. We need cheap energy. I will give you an example about something we both love. Alcohol.

You can get drunk drinking beer. Cheap tasty cold beer. The beer of the masses. You can get drunk drinking a $1000 bottle of wine. Delicious elitist trendy wine picked by naked cherubs in an organic winery. What you want to do is pass a law to outlaw beer. Because you feel everyone should only drink the expensive wine. Now if you want to pass a law to stop people from drinking wood alcohol that is reasonable. But beer is the answer. It has been the answer since Beowulf tossed down a few before he went out to kick Grendel's ass.

Cheap energy is the answer to growing the economy. Not windmills Don Quixote.

But am I wrong? What has Teddy ever won at? What legislation did he pass? What did he do to advance his principals that he holds so dear? Stop the government? Close it down? Or did it come back bigger and more expensive than ever?

I think Cruz is irrelevant to the discussion. He is sort of a George Pataki who beats his wife.

Trump should ignore him or buy him cheaply. That is what I said. If that is holding a grudge so be it.

Ted Cruz has won two of his 9 Supreme Court arguments. Mostly won 2 of the others.

That's nice. He should be on the Court. That is the best place for him. It is a shame he could never be confirmed in a million years. But I would be very happy if he took Scalia's seat. I just don't see it happening in this lifetime.

"That is what I said."

No it isn't, putz.

You just don't like him because he put up a fight against Orangebama. You're holding a grudge and you're too much of a stubborn prideful stiff-necked douchebag to admit it. Duuurrrrh, Cruz is a loser because he has no legislative accoooomplisshments. The fallacy of that argument has been addressed over and over and is plain even without explanation for anyone who wants to see, so I can only conclude that you're just not interested in seeing it. You'd rather just call him names and run away.

If you want the rest of the GOP to coalesce around the nominee you better change that attitude. The complaint of the Trump fans all along was Waah, the establishment doesn't listen to us. Well, now you've got the nominee and what do you do? Predictably, the exact same thing the establishment did to all of us. Back of the hand. Failure to admit that which is obvious. Business as usual. Fuck you, we won.

Not a winning formula.

Hey you have a different view of Ted Cruz then I do. Then that of almost everyone who works with and has to deal with him for longer than a nanosecond. The person who knows him best...walked out into traffic. So keep selling Ted Cruz. Just realize. Nobody is buying.

Balls- alternative energy accounts for about 6% of our energy.

So what. It's the fastest growing.

I know of no other industry where so many foot soldiers are recruited to do the bidding of the masters freaked out by competition.

Cheap energy is the answer to growing the economy.

As the prices for alternative keep falling.

But never mind that. The price of energy isn't keeping the economy from growing faster. The over leveraging of Wall Street and the shrinking fortunes of money in the pockets of all those people whom Kevin Williamson would like to kill off are what's keeping the economy from growing.

Obviously you must know this is true or else you wouldn't be on board with an economic nationalist like Trump.

Beer has been the answer long before Beowulf kicked Grendel's ass. It was the answer for King Midas.

Sure, it doesn't have the petroleum added to the lining of cans used for distributing undrinkable swill like American beers, but definitely not $1000 per serving.

And also, the sourcing of the energy question isn't even really what I focused on.

I focused on Big Utilities trying to keep you from selling back the energy you make.

Do you really think they don't have an agenda? Why are people who don't make their own energy on Blogger trying to tell folks who have their own that the source is wrong? What is conservative or nationalistic or patriotic about keeping a guy from using his own energy and using that to offset what the Big Utility wants to keep you reliant on?

It's anti-freedom.
