"That requires us to behave differently from our true feelings." Such "emotional labour" has caused some people to become deeply conflicted and develop emotional illnesses, Osawa said, adding that his technology could eventually help them.

I visited Barthelona and all you have to do is go one block, ONE BLOCK off the tourist route and you're walking down peaceful apartment house lined streets, sorta like the Bronx circa 1960.
