5D Chess, Cap'n Kirk?
I was intrigued by a little piece linked to one of my usual haunts and, given Kirk always seemed to beat Spock at 3D chess, I thought it might be interesting for all to contemplate. Keep in mind we're talking about a guy whose favorite author is Sun-Tzu and another who isn't only the richest guy in the world, but also one of the smartest.
Also keep in mind Trump is one who is known for offer the carrot before he applies the stick. He's been willing to do some horsetrading to get his BBB past, but the Undocumented Democrats have been abusing the privilege. Thus the bromance is no longer.
Or is it?
A lot of speculation has been attracted by a twit on X, "Most entertaining outcome" should have more than a few worried. Remember, Elon has talked about a new party, one that just might freeze out, one speculates, the Undocumented Democrats. And then there's his response to Schiffty's praise for his stand on the BBB. And the presence of a serpent in the Garden of MAGA, we are told.
It is said nobody trolls like the God Emperor of the Cherry Blossom Throne. That he lives rent-free in the minds of the bad guys. Could this turn out to be the Yugest Mind F Of All Time?
Stay tuned for our next exciting episode.

On Dead Heads & Paper Lectures
In Michigan news, thousands/hundreds (depending on the report) of peony blossoms were cut from the U of M's Peony Garden bushes and left lying on the ground in an incident of malicious destruction of property at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum in Ann Arbor early Sunday morning. Police say that 100 signs were also left by the vandals.
