A commenter elsewhere used the word "ninny" which I found, upon looking it up, describes a silly foolish person. And it seemed like a fit with the silly, foolish behavior and responses the KA-mala's been rolling out, along with a Commander in Chief who doesn't know which storm or what strike is the current topic of concern.
