Korean style tornado omelet

This is an impressive technique.

Kidding.

The cook is rotating the pan a quarter turn to create the tornado, then holding the tornado in place and returning the pan to its original position. And he does that two or three times.

And the cooks do not bother folding the filling into the omelet, rather, they make a pile of rice and place the tornado shape on top of it.

And that gives you ideas that the pile doesn't have to be rice. It can be all the regular thing that you'd like for breakfast, hash brown potatoes with bacon bits and jalapeƱo, for example, cheese and crispy lettuce and herbs and so on. It gets you out of having to make a sort of egg burrito.

That omelet pan is hot! What is that glop he pours around the volcano - that stuff looks toxic.
