I just looked up the etymology of lethargic. I thought the meaning would have something to do with inactivity, but it’s actually rooted in forgetfulness. Go figure.
Phlegmatic was the word that came up for Hilary, after lethargic, but that's not it either according to the definition. She has a dull doughy look, different than having too much body fat, and with phlegm being more of a match. Choking, annoying, impairing, infection bearing and hard to cough up. That thick hauuuuuuuwk-tooey sound men like to make when they're trying to clear out congestion is the sound that goes along with her as phelgm.
I think Warren's attempting to replicate and communicate the vitality Trump displayed in 2016, which appeared very different from the energy of anger, contempt, lazy entitlement and defiant stubbornness that surrounded Hillary

It's the fucking gong show with the unknown comic pulling the strings laughing his ass off in the back somewhere.
The democrat party is literal fuckery.
It’s a good impression. Warren is trying to be the physical antithesis of lethargic Hillary.

Richard Nixon was notoriously phlegmatic. Is Hillary like Nixon?
I thought phlegmatic just meant slow. A phlegmatic person or temperament, as opposed to a quick, sharp, generally impatient person.
Nailed it.
Meth!
“Richard Nixon was notoriously phlegmatic. Is Hillary like Nixon?”
I think I confused phlegmatic with phlebitis. It’s all so Greek to me!
