Sessions gets tough

All illegal border crossers will be prosecuted; children will be separated from parents.

Breaking up families. Right. That's going to happen.
We're here to send a message to the world that we are not going to let the country be overwhelmed," Sessions said. "People are not going to caravan or otherwise stampede our border. We need legality and integrity in our immigration system.

As I said, Sessions is there to manage Justice, not run it. Another reason Trump is appointing all those judges.

And a pretty good day all around.

The Administration is sending a rescission bill to Congress. He doesn't have to, he can just choose not to spend the money (not a budget, remember?).

But a dandy way to get the Demos (and Whigs) on record.

I'm surprised that Sessions said this. I'll wait and see. And hope.

Same. And this seems like a typical establishment DerpGOP inartfully worded threat. Why front the threat of breaking up families? That's the kind of shit that makes Dems dance in the streets for joy and rage. See? See? They hate the children, and the browns, and the tired ("tahrd"), and the poor, and the huddled masses yearning to breathe free, and teh wimmins, and the L, and the G, and T, and the Q, and etc.
Just do what Trump does and make a general broad announcement, identify the threat, and let the morons put two and two together. Sessions is a huge disappointment.

The President is waiting until after the midterms. Then he will have a bigger cushion as I expect the Republicans will pick up five seats. So he can confirm a new Attorney General.

Sessions can just wait it out. A bet a judgeship is in his future.
