Before Tony's moved we could buy this down the street for a million dollars per ball. Possibly a bit less. And sometimes you can find it at Whole Foods. And Marczyk Fine Foods. But after all that transportation from Italy, and shelving and such, it's a week old at least.
I tried it one time on pizzas and it does make a difference.
Just checked, guess I tried it a couple of times. Three times. Several pizzas, an omelet and jalapeño poppers made with wonton wrappers.
