You know what that means. That means cherries, Baby, cherries.

Two days ago I was thinking how they get that orange blossom honey.

Because it has to be a very tight season. Like one week. All the orange blossom honey in the area must begin and end within one week and with no other blossoms interfering. The apiarists must clean out all the hone boxes before the orange trees blossom and then clean them all out again in one week, and that's it for the whole season.

I thought this because the blackberry honey I was eating is so delicious. And that too must be a rather short season.

So if you must pay a lot for a specific honey, that is the reason. Except clover and wildflower that are blooming all season.
