He added, “Because you were born white, you have advantages that are systemically, culturally, psychologically there. And they have been built up and cemented for hundreds of years. But many people can’t look at it. It’s too difficult.”
“It can’t be something that is on their plate on a daily basis. People want to hold their position, people want the status quo, people don’t want to give that up. And until it’s given up, it’s not going to be fixed,” the coach stated.

Making white people uncomfortable sounds like an excellent business model for the NBA. They should keep going with that.
Actually, it's time Leftist ‘White People Especially’ Need To Be Made ‘Uncomfortable. They've done it to us for 50 years, time to give them a taste of it.
I don't know how his words can be considered anything other than racist. It doesn't really even require the substitution game to see what's wrong with it. And if a race war is what he wants, he certainly doing the right things to get it. But while his job is not all that beneficial to society and requires no particular talent; the people who typically do provide comfort to society when it needs it are predominately white, and more are non-black or muslim (such as washed up SF QBs and their wife).
Still, the guy's comments is safe territory with me. I gave up the NBA long ago. For starters, they seem to think primetime begins when most workers are going to bed. That's the biggest sign as to whom the NBA sees as its preferred audience.
