Via Twitter: A high school student is suing a Pennsylvania school district after claiming “he was exposed involuntarily” to a transgender student while changing in the school’s locker room...
The student claims he was standing in his underwear about to put his gym clothes on when he noticed a transgender student in the locker room who was undressing.
That student was a girl at birth based on external anatomy, but identifies as a boy.
“It’s an egregious violation for the school to just brush off these students and tell them that their feelings don’t matter and to make it ‘as natural as they possibly can’,” added Wenger.
The group said “Joel Doe” brought a complaint to school officials and was told he needs to “tolerate” the decision.
“Our laws and customs have long recognized that we shouldn’t have to undress in front of persons of the opposite sex,” ADF Legal Counsel Kellie Fiedorek said in a statement. “But now some schools are forcing our children into giving up their privacy rights even though, in this case, Pennsylvania law requires schools to have separate facilities on the basis of sex.”

Some of these kids need to get a life.
"Um, No."
The people pushing this transgender rights legislation really must hate children, including the few confused ones that are being pushed to be trans collateral damage as well as all the rest.
I thought privacy was (to these same people) the #1 super duper right, whence the source for Roe emanated.
Now I'm really confused.
Haha. Privacy rights.
Allow me to explain:
THEIR rights are sacrosanct super precedent.
YOUR rights are illusory privileges only recognized if they conveniently overlap with THEIR rights (for which you must thank them).
Efforts to enforce THEIR rights are God's own magnanimous good works.
Efforts to enforce YOUR rights are suspect in every possible way (racist, sexist, homotransrobophobic, etc. hateful expressions of historical/traditional oppressions.)
Seriously. Whose rights are being more ignored here? At the very least, both kids have equal rights at issue, but why is one's so much more important than the other's that a public institution would FORCE the violation of one's rights for another's? If they have equal rights, then it seems to me that cultural tradition pushes the scale a little toward not changing the rules 180 degrees.
