Fearmongering from Powerline!

Powerline did a bonus roundup of internet memes about the election.

This one was my favorite.

Only one thing is incorrect. John Quincy Adams wife was foreign born.

Of course he was a cuck. The Jeb Bush of his day.

Reeeelated: "Katy Perry - fuck off to North Korea. You won't have to worry about elections, because your candidate wins ever time."

How does some of this fearmongering differ from yelling "Fire" in a crowded theatre?

So PowerLine finally gets it.

Or they're just jumping on the bandwagon.

The best one of all that I've seen is the one of rioters with the caption, "Ensuring a Trump victory in 2020".

If you want fearmongering, try this:

3 million illegals voted last Tuesday.

For fun, I took the final tallies by states and figured how many more states could have been won if the illegals weren't in the mix.

ME 30
MN 50
NV 30
NH 5

115

CO 80
DE 50
NJ 100
RI 80
VT 90
NM 70

470

CT 200
HI 140
VA 200
OR 200
MD 700
IL 900

2340 (multiply all by 1000)

3 mil could have also given him CA.

It's also estimated 4 million dead people are on the voter rolls.

All the corpses could have given him MA, IL, WA, and NY (give or take several thousand named Mickey Mouse and Dick Tracy).

So, if somebody tells you the Beast won the popular vote, clearly she didn't.

Ha! Great catch. Trump wins popular vote.
One of the things that regular people like us can do is look into and contribute to - or start - local efforts to true the vote.

That guy in the video has a fascinating mouth.

My favorite power line comic is Bill saying "Close but no cigar" and the way the cartoonist drew Hillary's face made me laugh right at my screen. Z-O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-n-g-Man, there are some talented caricaturists out there. I love them so.

I just now wrote an email to Pepsi co telling them I love their products but I'm cutting all ties with corporations with arrogant dismissive C.O.'s that alienate half their customers to signal their political conceit.

And not to bother telling me that media mischaracterized what she said because it makes good headlines. I read beyond the headlines and this is unequivocal.

There is no misinterpretation possible and it is not taken out of context. It's very clear, and message received. Goodbye.

“I had to answer a lot of questions from my daughters, from our employees. They were all in mourning,” PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi told Andrew Ross Sorkin at The New York Times’ DealBook conference on Thursday.

“Our employees were all crying,” she said. “And the question that they’re asking, especially those who are not white, ‘Are we safe?’ Women are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ LGBT people are asking, ‘Are we safe?’ I never thought I would have to answer those questions.”

Any more make believe straw men conjured form her imagination and Pepsico can start a new business selling scarecrows.

It's propaganda all the way down.

No Pepsi - No coke.

I don't drink Pepsi, and its becoming rare that I drink Coke. But there is more to PepsiCo than just a drink. There's Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, and more. Then again, I don't eat those places either. The only place I feel safe eating at is Chick-fil-A, as their restaurants are usually very clean.

The answer to those questions isn't HARD.

The answer to those questions is, "Yes, you are safe, and damn all those "safe" white people who did their best to convince you that you're not."

Synova said...

What will I tell my daughters! OMG!

"Well, sweetheart, being a girl isn't enough. You have to be an honest, trustworthy person."

Is anyone even surprised anymore?
It's all so FAUX

Why not?

Recommendation: Get a Sodastream soda maker.
1. Saves money
2. Makes a variety of carbonated beverages
3. Cola is just as good as Coke, better than Pepsi (YMMV)
4. Mere sight of it drives lefties into sputtering rage
5. Product of Israel

(#4 is fun byproduct of #5.)

"...immigrants aren't welcome..."

Where is it written that the correct or virtuous position regarding immigration is that it's always a good thing? Sovereignty presupposes a calculation on the part of a nation that at a given point in a nation's existence immigration is called for - will strengthen the nation's sovereign strength - or is not called for - will weaken sovereign strength. The state of the economy, density of population, the racial and cultural makeup of immigrants and the ease or difficulty of assimilation: all factors determining whether the immigration spigot is to be set to a flood or a trickle. There is NO MORAL IMPERATIVE regarding immigration. It is a pragmatic decision for a sovereign state.

Tucker Carlson has said it best.. immigration rules and laws should be crafted around improving the lot of a country and its current citizens and not the other way around.

Ok. So while you're worried about "public safety" death threats seem to be up and hate mailings straight out of Klan-land seem to have skyrocketed.

Clearly the hero that the Klan (and its "alt-right") have in Trump is not the hero you have in him. It's so nice to know that the two of you feel you are benefiting from him but surely not from each other.
