Fed Judge Rules: Disney Can Willy-Nilly Replace Americans With H-1B Workers
This galls me: A Florida judge has ruled by technicality that Disney violated no labor laws. Disney used an intermediary firm to circumvent laws: Disney fired, but the intermediary hired, therefore no violation. Link
Of course it is not just the lawyers--they just do the best job for their clients given the rules. It is the politicians and lobbyists who draft the law intentionally so there are these loopholes to jump through. Crooked as hell. And guess who is the Queen of Crooked Deals?
I wonder how many these peeps being replaced by H-1Bs are your typical dumbshit "the free market rules" Libertarians or "Gosh, immigration is great" Liberals?
Am I not remembering correctly but didn't the original law state a company couldn't hire a visa worker if there was a qualified American to do the job? I do remember a consulting company going around advising Corporations on how to skirt the law.
AprilApple said... wait until Hillary packs the courts with radical leftist fascist judges. all the courts - high and low - ruined. you aint seen nothing yet.
It's too bad that all of the coulda shoulda woulda Trump alternatives supported H1-B expansion. I coulda gotten behind one or two of them.
So no one dies dumb: willy-nilly c. 1600, contraction of will I, nill I, or will he, nill he, or will ye, nill ye, literally "with or without the will of the person concerned." .
Hillary's message: We're massively expanding the H-1B program and you're going to love it. If you or your children are adversely affected, we've got loans and in some cases Federal aid for you.

And you wonder why people hate lawyers.

One man's by technicality is another man's by strict application of the law.
This is why Trump is doing so well.
This is what he's fighting against.
They should contact Paul Ryan or Mitch, I"m sure they'd help out.
LOL

None of it matters, if you are situated to lose.

All or nothing thinking might lead to that conclusion.
It's as though the willy nilly has caught AprilApple in the trap of powerlessness where the Royal We rules and the Other You is always the problem.
It's not that complicated, MamaM. Powerless, indeed. Powerless and we watch a fraud lose to Hillary, as planed.
Good thing we didn't go for those imperfect H1B Visa criminals on the right.
Where and when have you seen the right/wrong vision you appear to hold fulfilled, AprilApple? In what era, in what country?
