Absolute power corrupts absolutely because it requires everybody's cooperation. Not just Hillary and gang who must dance precisely. Everyone must. Every party involved protagonist and antagonist must step perfectly just so in order to keep this show going whatever their individual aim, and in Hillary's specific case, make it look joyous.
Hillary is post modern as all North Korea, post modern as N.K. being paired with this music, anachronistic and joyous that fits precisely with this out of date martial parading. Ersatz manufactured joy seen and understood applied by sheer will where genuine joy cannot exist naturally. That is post-modern, a view back with a penetrating and internalized understanding that is handled with amusement and playful attitude. That is the description of the situation is post-modern, the art is, this video of N.K., while the situations described in new art still exist. The Mona Lisa is given the post-modern treatment while the actual Mona Lisa, its style may have passed, still exists as artistic inspiration. That's the problem with post-modern sometimes, especially with political regimes, post-modern gravitational centers, it's not nearly "post" enough.

The other day in Lem's thread, something about something you just can't believe. I couldn't think of anything. But I can't believe goose-stepping is a thing.
I wonder what would happen if any of those goose steppers missed a beat? Deborah, the DPRK is a goose-stepping socialists wet dream right. Central Command of the economy and citizens as properties of the state. Being told whatever is required for their service to the state. Constant monitoring, constant vigilance, constant security. That entire country makes goose-stepping fashionable and fun. Right up there with executions of enemies of the state.
