Well, I guess that's it for the constitution. Starting with tonight's edict the president can make the law. And those who object will immediately be called out as racists. But not to worry, the Republican Establishment will show no fight whatsoever. Only a few crazy outliers like Jeff Sessions, right Schmendrik?
I'm curious as to the effect Obama's EO will have on the illegals who do not make the cut.
One possibility is that they will become the all-stars of the underground economy because the legalized illegals will necessarily be subject to minimum and prevailing wage requirements and employer taxes while the illegal illegals will continue to work as untaxed, below minimum wage, off the books employees.
Who would you hire if you were one of those employers who had hired illegals in the past?
This could also keep the number of illegals who apply for Obama's amnesty to something well below projections.
