Depositions are often quite abusive. I read quite a few of them back when I worked for a corporate law firm. Lawyers can do just about anything they want in a deposition proceeding, which brings out the never very latent asshole in lawyers.
He's having a little fun poking his finger in a lawyer's eye. What else is a punk pop star supposed to do? Have you seen the video of Mick Jagger being busted for pot when he was a kid? Sorry, can't find it on YouTube. Jagger played the clown and ridiculed the cops as he was dragged into the station in handcuffs.
I haven't watched the video - life's a little short to spend it on Justin Bieber. But the presumption is parazzi always deserved to be manhandled and abused unless they prove otherwise. There really needs to be some enforceable industry standards.
