YouTube video.
Rossford, Ohio.
Policestateusa.com asks, a way to keep children safe or a way to justify paramilitary SWAT team.
And Chip says, false choice. It is to inure your precious little darlings to the idea that paramilitary police SWAT teams on their school bus is a-okay, even a bit of fun, when it is not okay. So that the little darlings grow up to be precious servile complacent big darling grownups who stay indoors when told to by the t.v. so their neighborhood can be combed and scoured by overly protected military force, organizing themselves all over, looking all day until it becomes... dark!... for a very bad boy, a very bad boy indeed. In deed.

You can't fix stupid.
We'd have taken them out.
Kids carried rifles on the bus, anyway on days when rifle club met or there was a practice.
A Japanese tour bus in England was hijacked and robbed and they have 213 pictures of the perps.
Old joke
I'd assume the terrorists are some tea party group.
What the fuck is wrong with this country?
It's sickening that the parents and administrators watched it as it occurred.
The imminent paramilitary takover aside, that was a great post, Chip.

which problem spreads far wider than mere New Jersey, and
Obama administration asks Supreme Court to allow warrantless cellphone searches
which seems reasonable when you read the first few lines of the story, until one realizes that with GPS and other tracking methods, and with all the apps loaded onto phones, including banking apps, basically everyone's entire life is on a cell phone if they've got one from the last few years.
Slowly everything fades into memory, from self-governance to economic opportunity for anyone that wants it to basic guarantees against government intrusion into every aspect of one's life.
What was the point of this?

Try to remember the day you realized it had all slipped away....
For the record, the students DID know before hand that this was just an exercise, and had signed waivers. It's still gross.
This isn't going to stop until we have a big overreaction from the militarized cops.
One that looks like Cairo.

Yes, but that's a feature, not a bug.
It's another way to justify Choomcare.
The good news is a bunch of boys just saw a viable career path that requires no book learning.
The police force is militarized, but cannot seem to stop all the Chicago murders.
So I must assume the shithole areas aren't the Stasi's target.
It's meant for the already compliant.
So I must assume the shithole areas aren't the Stasi's target.
Only when some of them want some easy target practice.
Try to remember the day you realized it had all slipped away....
I don't think that's how that song goes...
try to remember when you were a member
of rose law firm and worked white water...
Isn't that it?
It's meant for the already compliant.
well yeah.
Cops go after thugs with guns cops get shot. Thugs with guns usually hit what they aim at. Cops can unload their handguns and never score a hit.
There was a story the other day like that. Two cops unloaded their weapons at a guy at a range of about ten feet. 20 rounds or so. Suspect was hit once, in the lower leg.
I told you guys that the further militarization of PD's will go on. This will not get better and it is being institutionalized on a daily basis. There is zero reason to even perform a drill like this on an unsuspecting school bus and if I was a parent of any of these children, I'd be mighty pissed and would be looking for my pound of flesh on why this happened and to make sure it didn't happen again.
When I told you guys that the idea of America is over, then a story like this only highlights it. You are here at there whim now, not the other way around. They've flipped the concept of the power of the people in to the power of the elected. You only serve to function as their enablers in the fact that you need to fund their perpetual take-over against you on a daily basis.
