That don't I know that I am offending some illusory standard that is beyond the pale of civilized discourse. That I shouldn't call a spade a spade as it were. That when I talk about crime and criminals and De Blasio time I don't know what I am talking about. That I should listen to their bullshit nonsense. Well they can piss up a rope.
I employ more guys with records in a week than most these pajama wearing mo's meet in a year. I base it on the person not the decrees passed by the social justice warriors in the labor department. Like my window guy.
This guy (lets call him Jose) comes by to grease the gates once every six months or so. You know the heavy gates I have to put on my store so I won't be looted by savages as if I own a Galleon on the fucking Spanish Main or something. The grease helps them go up and down without squeaking and damaging the mechanism.
Now Jose used to be in a gang and did some serious time up state. No biggie. I have several friends who have done the same for belonging to an Italian American social organization. But he turned his life around. Of course he is scuffling and trying to keep on the straight and narrow. So I tried to find stuff to help him. A native born American dude. I mean it is easy enough to get a Mexican on the cheap like everybody else on Court St does. So we figure he can wash the windows every week and clean down the storefront. I am too sick to do it these days and I am happy to give him a shot.
Jose didn't show for a month or so. He comes by yesterday to tell me the dealio. It seems he was on Rikers for a month. He had a next door neighbor who spent all his time beating on his baby mama and the kids she had with various other mooks. It was so bad that he couldn't take it anymore so he went over there and knocked on the door and beat the living shit out of this guy. Who was a illegal immigrant Mexican (we can just leave that there to fester in the sun). So they both get pinched and he just got out. The woman and children are in a shelter and she got an order of protection. I hooked him up with a good legal aide girl who shops in the store. He might beat the rap. He was stuck there for a month until the Leviathan sorted out the case. He might beat the rap. He should get a fuckin' medal.
I don't mind giving somebody who had a record a shot. But it has to be up to me. Not the fuckin' government telling me I can't even ask the dude whats up with him. My business my choice. Always give a native born American a shot over some illegal. Jose is of course a Puerto Rican. The people who got screwed by the advent of the illegal tidal wave.
By the way. If Jose could vote he would vote for Trump. That are the facts on the ground. Or the ladder as it were.

All you had to do was what we've always done and identified countries from which immigration quotas would be curtailed (as they already massively are anyway). But no, instead he had to throw unfeasible red meat at you all and identify religions, as if beliefs are knowable to immigration officials anyway. So yes now he's probably pivoting so that he can play the upcoming general electorate in reverse fashion. Not that any of this matters or was going to happen. But at least it got the red meat grinders up and running in the meantime.

That would be a relevant remark IF we actually had an immigration system that worked, that enforced immigration laws, that screened immigrants and refugees. As it is we are about the experience a rise in TB. Something as simple as conducting screenings of immigrant who are going through the legal system, is ignored. This has been going on for YEARS.
Trump has pointed out what we all know. The immigration system is broken. The laws are being flaunted. We are flooded with illegal immigrants who cannot be vetted and even legal ones are not being vetted. All in the name of being politically correct and not wanting to offend any ethnicity or religious group.
As a result the entire country is being put into economic danger, overwhelming the welfare systems, overwhelming the educational institutions, crushing wages for working Americans, being put into physical danger from unknown terrorist infiltrators and danger from infectious and third world diseases. Also tighten up on the visas from those countries as well.

The Israelis are in occupation of tiny swathes of territory populated by a few million Arabs, less of them Christian every year. It's easier for them to know who's who because there are less of them and also because they have retained the Ottoman confessional system of religious identification when it comes to family law. I would suppose they are the exception in both of these regards. And in the regard that Druze and increasing numbers of Christians volunteer for military service. But then, the Bedouin have always been loyally conscripted, and they're Muslim - some of them serving in Israel's parliament and ardent Zionists, such as this guy for instance. There is a way to get what Trump says he wants without saying what he says. So I still believe it's mostly red meat.
