I've been reading all over the place the past few days here and there and beyond these shores, people wailing against 2016 being cruel, complaining of tremendously individual talent that we've grown up with that has become part of us vanished. Too cruel so many at once. Who's next? People wonder. I've been reading in comments people taking macabre guesses, rock stars that people think are due.

Grantchester poses some interesting questions.
I don't think youse guys have been watching "Grantchester" on PBS recently. It has a pretty interesting storyline that pulls the strands of a couple of important policy points without being overly preachy.
PBS or actually the BBC is running a full court pro-abortion press in several of their historical dramas. In last weeks "Call the Midwife" they had a whole big abortion plot. It seems this young teacher gets knocked by her married lover and hilarity ensues. She faints in the classroom and throws up on the tots. It is a big mess.
She gets thrown out of her flat by the very judgmental boarding house owner and goes to the nun's residence for help. She had struck up a friendship with one of the peripheral nuns who needed a storyline. Sister Winifred was speaking at the school when she picks up that this broad is knocked up. So when she is on the streets she goes to the Sister as the only one to help her. The nuns get her a spot in another less picky boarding house where she proceeds to go full wire hanger. The whole ten yards. In the hospital. Hysterectomy. Which happened all the time I am sure. I mean women had the babies all the time but other women did not so that is fair enough. But what is strange is how the Nun was blaming herself for it. She didn't get her knocked up. She did nothing but be kind to her and help her out. They just had to load the dice. It is very well done subtle propaganda. Planned Parenthood should take a lesson.

Branding the remaining Republican candidates ‘terrible role models’, the party donor said a Clinton presidency could be better for the GOP than a Donald Trump or Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).In a revealing interview with ABC News, Koch said it was ‘possible’ that Clinton would be better alternative than anything the Republicans offer.
‘We would have to believe her actions would be quite different than her rhetoric. Let me put it that way,’ he said.

It seems that this Donald Trump voter Searcy Hayes was searching for a way to prove that her boyfriend was the father of her rug rat and not the dudes he claimed made her a baby momma. She took a blood test and was vindicated. But a funny thing happened. It turns out she is a dead ringer for Ted Cruz.
So naturally only one thing can happen. She was offered $10,000 for a sex tape. With her boyfriend. So they are going to do it. I mean they are on the balls of their ass and that money can be the difference for them. They can pay off their truck or their trailer. Stock up on Mountain Dew and Moon Pies. They are googling "How to make a sex tape on an Iphone."

Apparently, Pope Francis shares Obama’s view of Middle Eastern Christian refugees. Despite the State Department’s reluctant statement that ISIS is committing genocide on Christians and on other Muslims throughout the Middle East, the Obama admin has been deporting and denying refuge to Middle Eastern refugees . . . those who are Christian, that is.
Pope Francis has also decided to open the Vatican exclusively to Muslim refugees.
A Christian brother and sister from Syria say they have been ‘let down’ by the Pope after he left them behind in a Lesbos refugee camp despite promises they would be given a new life in Italy.Roula and Malek Abo say they were two of the lucky ‘chosen 12’ refugees selected by the Vatican to be taken from the desperate camp and housed in Rome.But what seemed like the chance of a lifetime was cruelly snatched away when they were told the following day they couldn’t go. Instead three Muslim families were taken.
According to Vatican spokesman, the Christian refugees who were initially told they would be taken to Rome were ultimately passed over because their papers were not in order.

"Zoolander 2 Is Too Offensive for Students, University Shows Deadpool Instead"
Claremont McKenna College's student programming board cancelled a planned screening of Zoolander 2 because the film's humor is inappropriate and comes "at the expense of individuals of marginalized identities." The college ultimately decided to show Deadpool instead.
Of course, many people would probably find the R-rated Deadpool a whole lot more offensive than the PG-13 rated Zoolander 2. I've seen Deadpool. It's incredibly violent, graphically sexual, and contains plenty of offensive humor of its own. (It's also a great film.)
The difference, it seems, is that Zoolander 2 offends "marginalized identities."The Rotten Tomatoes rating for Zoolander 2 is 24%. That's not good. Why can't offensive movies be any good? Is it too much to ask?

Hillary's specifically. The whole thing is that she should have one.
The thought of Hillary's big unifying idea made me laugh. A genuine good hearted laugh. And then I felt pity for anyone grasping at such pathetic thoughts, dismissing so much that's critically important for so little, and worse, for so much that is actually harmful. But he would refuse any of that.
The joke being passed has to do with "prison of her personality." There's a lot that that can be done with that. And her one big idea is how to make orange kevlar pantsuit and bookend Secret Service protection attractive to a majority who really do not like her at all and will never come around.

Click over. It's worse than anticipated. Words pour, cascade so they blur to white, your eyes form cataracts reading the wash. A meta analysis of systems within systems and sweeping changes required to right them. In the proper direction of course. So much left out greater than discussed, chief among them multiple federal indictments breathing down her neck that if not prosecuted are the essence of a broken system. Then finally this.
Here’s the central conundrum for Clinton: A majority of people think the system is broken, and must change. But a majority also has an unfavorable view of Clinton (and can’t stand Trump, by a higher margin, across the board). But one will take care of the other; she can break out of the prison of her personality with something grand and unifying and bigger than herself.
Timothy is such a dreamer and he’s not the only one. One takes care of the other. Outside his Trump parentheses.
1) majority think the system is broken
2) majority can’t stand Clinton
One takes care of the other. This is where Timothy indulges his fantasy. Throughout but really hard landing at the end. He is saying, I think, Hillary can break free of people not liking her with something grand like repairing the broken system.
That again. The system is broken and must be fixed. It must be somebody's big federal idea. Timothy’s Democrat party is broken and must repair itself. The Republican party is already repairing itself. By themselves. The hard way. Without assistance from overarching unifying big idea something greater than Hillary that could make her more likable to a majority of people who will never vote for her no matter what.
