This will be quick.
Ya know those 180,000+ who died from the Chinese Floozy?
Well, they didn't. According to the CDC, the "updated" figure who were killed is (grab something nailed down) 9210.
5%. And that will probably go lower. Estimates of the real total are between 1/2 and 1/5 of 1%.
So all the pain and bankruptcies and fear and dislocation were all lies.
Heads must roll.

"What's the most ridiculous thing you've bullshitted someone into believing?"
Reddit top voted answers...
This was a few weeks ago.
I was discussing with my co-worker how scientists recently discovered a new dinosaur species; they found tons and tons of female fossils, but none male. So scientists figured that it might be the earliest evidence of lesbianism in the animal kingdom. She was like, "How can they tell it is female from a fossil?" And I told her it had to do with certain bones that are found only in the vagina area and the lack of certain bones that are found around the penis area. She was fascinated.
It went on for about 20 minutes until I told her they named the species lickalottapuss.

I once worked with a couple who liked the idea of going to Everest, but really didn't fancy the effort of the huge trek to get there.
I told them it was a lot easier now that a huge series of chairlifts had just been installed which went all the way to base camp.
One Monday morning they arrived at the office and had a pop at me because they'd been to a travel agency to book a trip and the travel agent had promptly laughed at them.

When my children were all much smaller, I convinced them that it was illegal to supply balloons to minors. I have PTSD and the sound of the balloons popping was terrifying to me, and I didn't want to deal with it. So I told them that they were illegal. It worked quite well except when we'd be in restaurants and an innocent waitress would sweetly say to them, "Do you want a balloon?" And one of them would say, "Do you want to go to PRISON?! I'm six!"

Hillary get's caught lying by 'what-difference-does-it-make' supporters
"There’s No Evidence In Clinton White House Documents For Clintons’ Story On Anti-Gay Law"
Over the past few years, some Democrats — including the Clintons — have offered a new explanation for why they supported the Defense of Marriage Act in 1996.
The threat of a federal constitutional amendment, these Democrats have argued, motivated them to support DOMA — a law that defined marriage for federal government purposes as between one man and one woman and said states could refuse to recognize same-sex couples’ marriages from others states.
“We were attempting at the time, in a very reactionary Congress,” Bill Clinton told an audience in 2009, “to head off an attempt to send a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage to the states.” Four former senators — including Tom Daschle, who madethe claim in 2011 — raised the idea in a Supreme Court brief in 2013. Clinton later cited that brief when, in a Washington Post op-ed, he called for the law he signed to be struck down by the court. Hillary Clinton just last week called her husband’s decision to sign DOMA “a defensive action.”
There is no contemporaneous evidence, however, to support the claim that the Clinton White House considered a possible federal constitutional amendment to be a concern, based on a BuzzFeed News review of the thousands of documents released earlier this year by the Clinton Presidential Library about same-sex couples’ marriage rights and the Defense of Marriage Act. In the documents, which include correspondence from a wide array of White House and Justice Department officials, no one even hints that Bill Clinton’s thinking or actions regarding DOMA were animated by the threat of a federal constitutional amendment.Hillary Clinton repeated the DOMA spin to Rachel Maddow.

“I think what my husband believed — and there was certainly evidence to support it — is that there was enough political momentum to amend the Constitution of the United States of America, and that there had to be some way to stop that,” she told Maddow.
“I was in on some of those discussions, on both ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ and on DOMA, where both the president, his advisers, and occasionally I would chime in and talk about, ‘You can’t be serious, you can’t be serious.’ But they were,” Hillary Clinton said. “And so, in a lot of ways, DOMA was a line that was drawn, that was to prevent going further.”Back in the 90's, columnist William Safire called Hillary Clinton "a congenital liar", she appears still not cured of it today.

"Report: Obama lied about bin Laden raid"
Obama administration’s counterterrorism policies.
“High-level lying nonetheless remains the modus operandi of U.S. policy, along with secret prisons, drone attacks, Special Forces night raids, bypassing the chain of command, and cutting out those who might say no,”...In other related news... "Along With Saudi King, Most Gulf Rulers to Skip US Summit".
“Obama’s speech was put together in a rush,” Hersh wrote of Obama’s announcement of Operation Neptune Spear to Americans.
“This series of self-serving and inaccurate statements would create chaos in the weeks following,” he added.
“This was not the fog of war,” Hersh quoted his anonymous source as saying.
“The fact that there was an agreement with the Pakistanis and no contingency analysis of what was to be disclosed if something went wrong – that wasn’t even discussed,” the source added.
“And once it went wrong, they had to make up a new cover story on the fly,” the source said of Obama’s advisers’ response to his speech on the raid, Hersh wrote.
It is not just the Saudi king who will be skipping the Camp David summit of U.S. and allied Arab leaders. Most Gulf heads of state won't be there.
The absences will put a damper on talks that are designed to reassure key Arab allies, and almost certainly reflect dissatisfaction among leaders of the six-member Gulf Cooperation Council with Washington's handling of Iran and what they expect to get out of the meeting.

2014 is the Year of the Liberal Lie
by Kyle Smith writing for NYPost.
POW! Right in the kisser. Kyle Smith does not hold any punches. No fairsies, I thought we were going to shake hands first. Did you have to hit so hard?
Kyle Smith starts out by listing then discusses several 2014 doozies in stream of consciousness style.
Neither was I familiar with Rachel Noerdlinger controversy, but now that I read through, it does ring a few bells. She was hired at $170,000 a year as chief of staff to first lady of NYC, yet had two serious unresolved tax problems easily managed with such a large salary. She failed to disclose she was living with a felon, and worse than all that, she had special privileges to avoid living in New York City by claiming her son suffers serious handicap requiring them to live near their doctor in New Jersey. Her son the football player. Kyle Smith says Mayor De Blasio was enraged -- that anyone would point out her lies. What have we come to, asks De Blasio, when people go digging around the personal lives of public servants? The audacity!
I recommend following the link, it is a thrilling good fast read. All recap.
But all that is how conservative people think. They're not even considered lies by liberals. What do liberal people think is important when it comes to lies in 2014?
Huffington Post helpfully lists them for us.
10) Alisha Jasmine Hessler's lie about having a third breast surgically implanted was exposed when she claimed stolen luggage and and signed a list that included a 3 breast prosthesis. The claim was published on smoking Gun.

Bowe Bergdahl. The IRS’s missing e-mails. Lena Dunham. “Hands up, don’t shoot.” Jonathan Gruber. GM and that faulty ignition switch. Andrew Cuomo and that anti-corruption commission. The Secret Service and that White House intruder. Rachel Noerdlinger and her “disabled” son. Rolling Stone and gang rapeThe Andrew Cuomo anti-corruption commission one, I am not familiar. Apparently Cuomo promised a commission with carte blanche but when evidence led the commission to subpoena a company that placed ads for Democrats including Cuomo then an aide put on the kibosh. Thus the eighteen month plan initiated with much fanfare was abruptly quietly ended at nine months.

photo included for your lascivious satisfaction.
9) Kim Kardashian said that the photos she did to break the internet, although they are mentioned 178,000 times on Twitter, "I love the photos. I did it for me."
8) Footage presented on Discovery Channel for Shark Week of a megalodon attacking a sperm whale is faked.
7) Seven million automobiles are potentially affected by lies told by Takata, a Japanese air-bag company
6) False Secret Service report regarding White House break in. *ding* we have a match with conservative point of view.
5) Donald Sterling private conversation that was recorded and used for extortion is revisited, although no actual lie is cited.
4) USC football player Josh Shaw lied about two ankle sprains suffered by jumping from a second floor balcony to save his young nephew from drowning in a pool, but he was actually fleeing the scene of a fight after the police were called.
3) Rolling Stone's bogus rape story *ding* a second match with conservative point of view
2) This government does not torture people, five people pictured, all Republicans, of course.
1) Putin, no troops in Ukraine.
Wow. No Democrat lies. None. That's really something. I don't imagine there will be any convincing any of them of their debilitating blind spot. No red-tipped white canes needed here, no seeing-eye dogs required, no Siree. No lies whatsoever emanating from federal government, none from the DoJ, none from the White House, none from IRS, nothing from State. All that is small potatoes. Astounding. It's all popular culture, all foreign governments. The only thing close is the Secret Service thing and that is as much misstep and incompetence as lies and CIA from previous administration. Bush and Cheeny still dominate their precious pointed little heads. What a beautiful thing it must be to living as partisan Democrat. How light and breezy and free of actual hard facts.
Well, that was worthless.
What does Washington Post say with their risible Pinocchios, surely a list by and for children?
* Obama: I didn't call the Islamic State a "JV" team.
* Rand Paul declared John McCain met with members of Islamic State
* Obama said "Republicans have filibustered 500 pieces of legislation."
* Paul Ryan lied about a boy's brown bag school lunch to make a point.
* Alison Lundergan Grimes a Democrat candidate lied about Mitch McConnell pocketing $600,000 from anti-coal groups.
* David Perdu, Republican ran ads claiming Michelle Nunn's Points of Light Foundation funded organizations linked to terrorists.
* Democrat Agenda Project Action Fund ran ads claiming GOP budget cuts harmed the nation's ability to handle Ebola.
* National Rifle Association wrongly suggested in ads that Mary Landreau voted for enhanced background checks.
* Obamacare -- nobody gets anything right here.
1) Durbin" "Ten million Americans have health insurance today who would not have had it without the ACA"
2) Obama: “We’ve got close to 7 million Americans who have access to health care for the first time because of Medicaid expansion.”
3) Boehner: "There's been a net loss of people with health insurance."
4) McConnell: “Only 64,000 Kentuckians have enrolled in Obamacare private plans, far fewer than 280,000 who received notices their plans were canceled.”
What, no mention of Gruber? Must not be important.
What, no mention of Gruber? Must not be important.
International Hall of Shame
Putin: “A referendum was held in Crimea in full compliance with democratic procedures and international norms.” *ding* we have a match with liberal point of view.

Washington Post Cartoon
Of course Washington Post disables comments to this video because they know they're full of shit. They put up this nonsense then stick their fingers in their ears and go,
"lalalalalalalalala Ican'theeeeaaaaaryou lalalalalala."
This is the state of American journalism. A complete willful distortion of truth.
But that does not mean you cannot send them a message. "lalalalala takethatassholes lalalalala"

dreamers
Meh. I'm not in the mood for you. I got your dreamers right here.
These are the 'children' Reuters describes as "migrants."
Jacking with language as usual. Taking in the low information voters who accept Newspeak that show up at polls in droves who couldn't tell the difference between legal and illegal even if they did care and who couldn't pass a third grade American History exam if they were given the answers, purposefully conflating illegal immigrant with migrant as if to suggest some intention of returning. They assume you are stupid.
Per National Review, adults posing as children to enroll in High School, screw you, property owners. Here is your one chance to instill a sense of what it is to be American, whoops, too bad, the teachers are socialists too.
Objections to federally sponsored waves of illegal immigrats have nothing to do with xenophobia either, it has nothing to do with nativism as one Shikha Dalmia at Washington Examiner so rudely suggests.
Per Breitbart TSA is now allowing illegals to board commercial airlines without identification. While regular American travelers get the full shakedown. We know nothing of these people, who they are, where they come from. Their documentation mere copy paper without any photo, easily counterfeited. I could do it myself. Without any health clearance whatsoever. So screw you, regular paying jet airplane traveler. Here, have a case of scabies, or nits, or worse, tuberculosis. I know what happens to people with vulnerable immune systems who dare board a plane. I've seen what happens to them. Even healthy people get sick when they fly. At this point you couldn't pay me to get on a plane. I honestly believe our federal government is making itself our enemy. Taken together this is so far beyond the pale it is quite unbelievable. I could weep were I not so angry and disgusted for what has become of my onetime wonderful country at the hands of this shiftless president and his malevolent controlling Party, and his abetting corrupted media. I am fed up with all of them.
We are being lied to. Again. These people are looking for a socialist country to embed within. To take care of them. To change by their numbers, by their lack of education, their abject absence of appreciation of our laws, our history, for our constitutional constructions, by their propensity for accepting ruthless ruling class. This is why Homeland Security is not allowing journalists to document activities, when they're not swarming small towns in a show of force. It is precisely why photographers are not allowed. This is not a thing that is happening out of the blue by forces beyond our control, rather, it is a thing our federal government is doing to us.

Elanor Clift
Because you always do scream in hysteric attack while threading the needle, parsing delicate language with fact you know to be flatly wrong, while everyone present and everyone watching knows the precise contrary true. There is a phrase for this situation, I've seen it here, about flak being heaviest directly over the target. Her target. She is obviously protecting Hillary Clinton presumptive Democrat candidate for U.S. president 2016, and this is what it takes.
Please do not bother to click through, do not watch the video, if by chance you haven't already. I do not see how it is possible to have missed it thus far. The video is everywhere all at once, and it only confirms what you already know and it can only disturb a lovely gray wet snow ides of May. On the other hand, if you are masochist, behold again the on-air seppuku of the most vile of a dying species.

Geithner: White House Wanted Me to Lie on Sunday Shows
"Timothy Geithner, the former secretary of the Treasury Department, says the White House wanted him to lie in scheduled appearances on the Sunday TV talk shows. As Geithner writes in his new memoir:"
The Weekly Standard
“I remember during one Roosevelt Room prep session before I appeared on the Sunday shows, I objected when Dan Pfeiffer wanted me to say Social Security didn’t contribute to the deficit. It wasn’t a main driver of our future deficits, but it did contribute. Pfeiffer said the line was a ‘dog whistle’ to the left, a phrase I had never heard before. He had to explain that the phrase was code to the Democratic base, signaling that we intended to protect Social Security.”"Of course, Geithner would not have been the only official from the White House to have misled the American people on the Sunday talk shows. Susan Rice famously came under fire for blaming a terrorist attack on a YouTube video in appearances on the shows."

People Have Told Lies Since the Beginning Of History, Despite This Fact There Have Been No Advances In Lying Technology
A lie is a false statement to a person or group intentionally made by another person or group who knows it is not the whole truth.
There are a few variations to the intentional lie. A bald-faced lie is one that is obviously a lie to those hearing it. A big lie is a lie which attempts to trick the victim into believing something major which will likely be contradicted by some information the victim already possesses, or by their common sense. Bullshit is often used to make the audience believe that one knows far more about the topic by feigning total certainty or making probable predictions. An emergency lie is a strategic lie told when the truth may not be told because, for example, harm to a third party would result. An exaggeration (or hyperbole) occurs when the most fundamental aspects of a statement are true, but only to a limited extent.
A Brief History of Lying (below) demonstrates that lies have been with us forever, and in many settings.
Adam and Eve
In the Garden of Eden a booming "Who ate my apple?" was met by innocent looks all around and, eventually, a timid chorus of "Not me." This original lie was followed by punishment for being untruthful.
Old Testament
The Old Testament describes lies people told one another, or worse, told God. After not getting His message clearly understood by the chosen people, God finally put it in writing in the form of the Tenth Commandment given to Moses up on that mountaintop. Let's review:
Despite the Godly Tenth Commandment, history does not record a period of reduced lying. There is no Golden Epoch When All Men Were Truthful in any record of history.

10. Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbor.Compared with other commandments like Thou Shalt Not Kill or Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery, the Tenth Commandment seems to have a little wiggle room. What's a "false witness"? And who is a "neighbor"? And what does "bear" mean, exactly?
Despite the Godly Tenth Commandment, history does not record a period of reduced lying. There is no Golden Epoch When All Men Were Truthful in any record of history.
